Meni je pa ta voda kar precej podobna pravemu kokosu, tistemu zelenemu. Sam tudi pri kokosih je tako, da ta tekočina malo spreminja okus glede na "zrelost" kokosa; manj ko je zelen, bolj je ta voda sladkejša.
Mi je pa vse od kokosa dobro - mleko, meso, voda, voda iz tetrapaka, ni da ni no.
Meni je tudi vse všeč sicer

Tole žal niti približno ni zdravo. Večino tega toasta sestavlja bela pšenična moka, poleg tega so pa še posebej nabili notri pšenični gluten, ki je pa sploh strup.
Nočem težit, ampak v zadnjem letu sem skoraj doktorirala s tega področja, tako da ... vem še preveč.

Jp. Mene gluten ne gane, še vedno ima precej ržene moke in semen - vlaknine. Pa najboljši toast nasploh mi je.

Kakšna ideja kako v jedilnik vključit kalčke? V solati, kot dodatek na sendvičih in še kako?
Alfa alfa so meni dobri zmesani s skuto, olivnim/bucnim oljem ter zacimbami (rdeca sladka paprika, sol, poper, ... zacimbe po okusu pac), je pa to spet dodatek na sendvic oz. kruh. : )

Saj ve ga kar jejte, nič narobe, samo glede na to, da so se sestavine tako lepo pojavile v foto obliki, sem pač komentirala.

Ja, očitno sem narobe prebrala; ržena, 26,5 % pšenična..
Sicer pa še vedno nimam nič proti beli moki v tem toastu, ker je precej druge notri, + semena, niso samo prazni OH, kot pri belem kruhu.
