Ena skodelica belega riža
3 skodelice mleka
3 jajca
rjav sladkor
vanili sladkor
lupinica pomaranče
žlička soli
marelice iz kompota
Rižu dodamo mleko, žlico rjavega sladkorja in žličko soli. Kuhamo toliko časa, da riž popije vso tekočino.
Ločimo beljake in rumenjake. Iz beljakov stepemo trd sneg, rumenjakom dodamo en vanili sladkor, lupinico pomaranče (po občutku) in rjav sladkor (po okusu).
Ko je riž skuhan ga dodamo rumenjakom in premešamo. Mešanici počasi dodamo še sneg iz beljakov.
Vzamemo višji namaščen pekač in vanj zlijemo polovico mase. Na vrh po celi površini razporedimo polovičke marelic. Prelijemo z drugo polovico mase in pečemo približno 45-50 minut pri 175 stopinj.

Se mi pa zdi, da nama s sestro niso usojene, ker jih je ona delala sice po enem drugem recepu in kvas ni reagiral. So bile trde ko kamen

Jaz sem jih delala z PZ moko in premalo file sem dala. Niso bili dobri.
