Haha, ravnokar sem fantu pokazala fotko tega kruha, sem ga vprašala, če bi to jedel, pa je bil čist zgrožen :D

Btw, bila sva na večerji, jedla sem rižoto z gobami, v sirovi skodeli - fuuuuul dobr. Omaka mislim, da je iz gob (lahko se uporabi jurčke ali šampinjone - mislim, da so jurčki boljši), čebule, česna in s kančkom smetane. Sirova skodela pa se lahko naredi tako, da na papir za peko naribamo sir, damo v pečico da se stopi in malce zapeče, potem pa to še vroče vzamemo ven, poveznemo na posodo in počakamo, da se ohladi. Tako dobijo obliko skodelice v katero damo potem to rižoto. Ful okusno in ful lepo.

Še nekaj mojih stvaritev: ta teden je bil projekt porabiti vse bučke (imela sem jih cel hladilnik). In ker nerada mečem hrano stran (velik greh)
sem poskusila vsak dan narediti bučke, ampak na drug način, tako da se jih ne bi že prvi dan naveličala.

En meni mi žal manjka (sem poslikala, ampak mi ni shranilo). In sicer polenta z zelenjavno omako. :( Ostalo je pa:

1. Zelenjavna zloženka ali narastek (poudarek na bučkah). Recept je s strani okusno. je, ki mi je zelo pri srcu. Dobri in enostavni recepti.

Jaz sem nora na bučke in jih tudi zadnje čase ful pogosto jem. :D Sicer pa jih jaz rada samo popečem in potem dam gor sir in malo česna, njam. Najljubše (in najmanj zdrave :D) so mi pa po mojem ocvrte.

Jaz jih pa trenutno ne maram najbolj. :) Niso mi najboljša zelenjava, ampak jih seveda rada pojem. ;)

to s kuskusom bi lahko naredila,,,,imam oboje doma, bučke in kuskus :eat:
kak dolgo se to peče? pa kuskus skuhaš prej ali kak??? samo verjetno ni preveč sitostno?

Ja, posebej narediš kuskus prej. :)
Jaz imam itak tistega instant, kar pomeni, da samo segrejem vodo, in prelijem kuskus za 5 minut. Nato (če želiš) vmešaš vanj še malo masla. :)
Posebej sem nato najprej popražila čebulo in česen, in dodala korenček (lahko daš še kar želiš). Čez cca 15 minut sem vmešala kuskus.

Bučke sem umila, izdolbla, in jih malo posula s soljo, da so spustile vodo. Nato sem jih umila, da niso bile slane. Nadevala sem kuskus in na vrh sem nato dala še
rezine mocazele. Dala v pečico za 20 minut na 200, približno.

Nasitno misliš? :) Lahko daš zraven kakšno prilogo, solato, po želji ... ;)

Danes se pa moram prav pohvaliti. :D :D :hooray:

Naredila sem fokačo, po receptu od Kay. Nisem delala z belo moko, ampak s pirino, rezultat je isti, oziroma še boljši.

Na vrh sem dala zelene olive, domač rožmarin, ter mlado čebulo. Res je dobra, naslednjič jo delam se čim drugim.

Nato sem pa naredila še gratiniran krompir v pečici; recept je iz moje Krompirjeve biblije, bom prevedla.

Potrebujemo:
  • 750 gramov navadnega krompirja
  • 50 ml mleka
  • 200 ml smetane (jaz sem dala kar kislo smetano)
  • nekaj sira za na vrh
Krompir olupimo (d00h) in ga operemo. :D Nato ga narežemo na ZELO tanke rezine, jaz sem ga kar naribala. Zložimo ga v pekač, da se plasti
deloma prekrivajo. Vsako plast sem malo solila in poprala (v original receptu je pa še muškatni orešek), na koncu vse zalila z mešanico kisle smetane in
posujem z naribanim sirom. Pečem 45 minut na 200 stopinj.

Meni je božanski.

Mama mia! Čudovito!
Mislim, da je podoben recept za krompir tudi na Kulinariki: Kraljevski krompir in je resnično zelo dober.
Za fokačo sem pa letos prvič slišala in se baje lahko tudi na žaru speče in je baje božansko. Imam že nekaj časa namen naredit.

:) Prvič slišim, da se da narediti na žaru. Fokača je super, lahko ješ recimo za malico, ob testeninah ... pa full je kombinacij. Probaj.
