Jaz bom tudi te naročila. Imajo IFOS znak gor, sestavine so tudi enake kot pri tistih na evropski LE strani, tako da ne vem, v čem naj bi bila razlika, razen da so na evropski strani 10 € dražji.Bom kar od LF narocila, 240 kapsul. Se najbolj splaca glede na ceno, ampak potem moram vse ostalo v drugem narocilu.
Za davek se obracuna na redno ali znizano ceno?

U, pa še free shipping je, naslednja pa 1,01€. A to je novo, da je tako poceni poštnina?
Odvisno, kaj naročiš. Jaz sem v prvem naročilu samo LE omega 3 in ni bilo poštnine, v drugem pa 4 artikle in je prišla poštnina slabe 4 $.
Ko bodo obdavčili vse pakete ne glede na znesek, pa sploh ne bom več naročala izven EU.

Ukinitev limita 22 eur začne veljat s 1.7.2021, s 15.3.2021 pa se uvaja nov način carinjenja. A že to pomeni za nas kakšno razliko, dodatne stroške?

Ravno iščem Omega 3 in se teli LE sploh ne splačajo. Tisto, kar oni oglašujejo, velja za 4 kapsule. Ena je pa prav smešnih vrednosti. Pri temle dobiš skoraj 2x toliko.

Samo kdo bo to pil, sigurno je vsaj priokus rib. Se pa jaz razen C in D3 ne držim priporočenih dnevnih količin, saj menda tudi iz hrane kaj dobim. Sem že razmišljala, da bi za eno obdobje ukinila vse dodatke pa se še nisem spravila, zdaj pa tudi ni primeren čas za tak eksperiment.

Menda ni. Bom otroškega naročila za I. Jaz ničesar ne jemljem vsak dan in v priporočenih. Bolj po navdihu. Saj rib recimo ne ješ vsak dan in nasploh ne pokriješ vsega vsakodnevno. Moja filozofija je bolj, da naj se telo potrudi vzet, ko dobi
Pri teh recimo dobiš isto za 13€ (minus olive).

Kakšne ribe neki, če so omega-3 primarno iz alg.
Jaz imam zdaj rastlinske epa&dha, d3, pa kupila sem si sprej z b12 in še nekimi drugimi vitamini&minerali. Slednje jemljem "za ziher", sicer dodatni vitamini&minerali niso potrebni. Zdravo črevo načeloma dobro posrka, kar dobi.

Ne vem, a je treba it prav v kakšen poseben laboratorij, da vse to preverijo?
Jaz sem imela februarja vitamin D 32 nmol/L, po 3 mesecih jemanja Oleovita sem prišla na 70. Potem od junija do septembra pa na 71. Ni mi jasno, zakaj v prvih 3 mesecih tako velik poskok, v naslednjih 3 pa skoraj nič?
Pa se nekaj me zanima, če katera ve. A je res, da mleko in mlečni izdelki znižujejo vitamin D in da se jih je bolje izogiba, če jemlješ D3?

Predvidevam, da poleti nisi jemala Oleovita. Telo samo pod vplivom uv zelo dobro regulira tvorbo vit D in ker si si ga že prej tako dobro zvišala, ni bilo potrebe, da bi se ga stvorilo še več, rezultat bi bil pa gotovo drugačen ob neprekinjenem jemanju O.

To z mlečnimi izdelki mi je pa kolegica medicinska sestra rekla. Da imajo pri njih v bolnici enega zdravnika, ki ima hčerko z ms in jemlje visoke količine D3 ter ima dieto brez mlečnih izdelkov, ker naj bi ti zbijali vitamin D. Ampak nisem uspela nikjer najti informacij o tem.

Verjetno se D ne dviga v nedogled pri enaki kolicini. Enkrat se ustavi.

Pa znanka, ki je farmacevtka in je specializirana prav za te kombinacije in medsebojno učinkovanje dodatkov, zdravil, mi je rekla, da če je količina vitamina D zadostna, potem tudi kalcij in magnezij štimata, ker ju vitamin D regulira.
Hvala vama. Bom itak še naprej redno jemala, enkrat bo že prilezli nad 75.

Ma ta moja se direkt norca dela! Sem si kupila en sirup pa mi je tako ogaben, da ga ne morem pit. Odpor imam do železovih dodatkov, ker sem imela v otroštvu vsakič probleme s prebavili pa v nosečnosti tudi.
