^^ Eh kaj nas rajcaš s temi zadevami ki se jih tuki ne dobi. <_< :evilgrin:

Sporočam, da sem naredila testenine s tofu omako, dala sem: casarecce, potem sem marinirala tofu (sojina omaka, kis, olje, sol, poper) in ga popražila v ponvi skupaj s česnom, bambusom in korenčkom. Na koncu sem po krožniku dala še par češnjevih paradajzov. Bilo je zelo dobro! Čeprav mi je tofu na začetku, ko sem "surovega" rezala res grozno smrdel (a vam tudi?) pa je bil končni rezultat res dober. Naslednjič bom spet malo eksperimentirala, korenčka nimam najbolj rada, zato bom dala koruzo, pa grah bi po moje tudi fajn pasal, pa por! :njam:

Jaz sem včeraj delala testenine, zraven pa špinačo v sojini smetani z gobicami, hokaido bučo in čičeriko (od začimb sem dala gorčico, poper, jušno začimbo, jedilni kvas). :eat:

Ja, to je drugače Meatless Monday, sedaj se uvaja še pri nas. Super zadeva, res, pa dobri recepti, kar sem uspela preveriti.

Nimam pojma, ocitno jih dobro skrivajo :D Menda je v liniji 43 vegetarijanskih in veganskih izdelkov, vec pa nisem uspela napraskat.
