enkrat je bilo na tedniku, d je vitki som riba, ki se goji v bazenih v vietnmu in podobnih državah v aziji. voda je oporečna, rib je v teh bazenih mali milijon, hranjenje so pa z vso svinjrijo tega sveta, antibiotiki in vsem ostalem. potem pa še prištejmo k temu prevoz. ni čudno, da je tako poceni, ker je res popolnoma nekvalitetna riba. po mojem mnenju je boljše pojesti fajn masten svinjski šnicel ihanskega prašiča, kot pa tole ribo. (pa ne se obesit sedaj na te besede, rečeno je bilo malo za šalo, malo zares, prdvsem pa karikirano.)

Jaz sem tud enkrat gledala en nemški dokumentarc prav o tej ribi. Res je ogabno, točno tako kot je supergirl povedala.

Jaz sem včeraj naredila eno krepko paradižnikovo juho (za hitrejše okrevanje pa to :D ).

Sestavine (meni je prišlo nekje 2, 5 l juhe, sem delala bolj na uč):
8 manjših zrelih paradižnikov
Pol rdeče paprike
1/4 bele paprike
Mal čebule
Par strokov česna
Sol, poper
Olivno olje
Mutti pasirani pelati

Približno liter jušne osnove (jaz sem dala zelenjavno) oz. po želji, toliko, da dobite željeno gostoto

Paradižnike sem oprala, narezana na četrtine in dala v manjši pekač obložen s peki papirjem. Enako papriko (narezala na večje koščke). Dodala čebulo (spet na večje koščke) in neolupljene stroke česna. Nato sem samo posolila in popoprala in pokapala z olivnim oljem. Dala v pečico, segreto na 180°C in pekla enih 50 minut. Ko je bilo pečeno sem samo izluščila česen (ko je pečen samo zdrsne iz lupine), dodala še nekaj sveže bazilike in vse skupaj spasirala s paličnim.

Nato sem na olivnem olju posteklenila čebulo in ene dva stroka česna, dodala tisto, kar sem spasirala, Mutti pelate in jušno osnovo (mal jušne osnove sem porabila že prej, da sem lažje spasirala s paličnim). Še dodatno solila (ker se mi je zdelo potrebno, ni pa nujno) in dala še ful bazilike. :D
Zraven paše žlica kisle smetane. :)

Jaz nisem delala prav po receptu, ker sem naredila samo za 6dcl, sem čisto po filingu. Sladkorja sem dala minimalno, ker ga drugače nikoli ne dam v limonado. Potem sem zavrela vodo, vrgla 3 sivke, sok ene limone in to je to. Malo sem priredila. :)

Drugače super recept, ampak nimam sestavin, moko sem včeraj porabila, ko sem delala kruh. Bom naredila enkrat drugič to. Hvala. Super blog. :w00t2:

Tempeh, ja :D Jaz sem ga v bistvu prvič jedla v tem receptu (slika je original z enega potlucka na Niz) in mi je bil všeč! Moram ponovit ob priliki.

Mimogrede, če imaš kak recept s sliko, ki bi ga lahko uporabili na blogu, se najtopleje priporočam - pa če je to kruh, pečen krompir, kakšna solata ali kaj bolj fancy ;).

Na okusno.je je božanski recept za polento s paradižnikovo omako z jajčevci, fuuul preprosto in okusno, se mi je po dolgem času polenta tako priljubila, da sem si jo naredila kar 3X ta teden. :ph34r:

S tem, da sem jaz omako naredila tako, da sem podušila sveže paradižnike in dodala na koncu 2 žlici Barilline paradižnikove omake, je ful bolj pasalo zaradi bazilike, ki je notri. Drugič sem dodala peteršilj, kot paše v receptu, pa se mi zdi, da nekako ubije malancan, bazilika iz njega izvleče dosti več.

Delam pa to, ker ne vzame veliko časa, niti ne zahteva veliko sestavin. ;)


Evo, narejeno in preverjeno. Meni ni nekaj ekstra OK, saj je za pojest, ampak pač . . . nisem tako zelo velika oboževalka
jajčevca, najbrž (krompir FTW). Naredila sem vse po receptu, bi pa morala jajčevec zrezati še na tanjše kolobarje - pekla
sem jih tudi več na vsaki strani, 5 minut najmanj.

Torej - precej lahek recept, ampak mene ne prepriča najbolj. Pa packanja je precej, ker moraš naprej narezati jajčevce,
jih posoliti, potem spustijo grenčico, moraš popivnati s papirnato brisačo. Ko sem jih popekla sem jih tudi popivnala, ker
popijejo vse olje.

Ja, jajčevci so malo zoprni za pripravo, sploh pečeni oz. ocvrti, ker so kot spužva za maščobo. :-/
