Lahko pripišeš hranilne v. prosim?

Ne, ona nima žametnih oči in niti kodrov mehkih kakor svila, 
če sneg je bel, ga v njenih nedrih ni in usta bi se od koral ločila.
Sem videl rože bele in rdeče, na njenih licih take ne cveto
in so dišave, ki so bolj dehteče, kot vonj, ki diha njeno ga telo. 
Njen glas poslušam rad, četudi vem da zvoki strun prijetneje zvene, 
kako boginje hodijo ne vem; ko ona hodi, stopa kot ljudje.
Pa vendar se mi zdi bolj očarljiva kot vse, ki pesem jih slavi lažniva.

  • razvijanje intuicije
  • kako nadomestiti mesna živila
  • kako sestaviti jedilnik in še marsikaj...

Vrste srečanja:
  • Vedska kuhinja 1,2,3
  • Italijanska kuhinja
  • Sladice brez jajc
  • Klasična kuhinja
Način dela:
Srečanja bodo potekala tako, da bo učitelj najprej pokazal postopek, nato pa boste vi ponovili za njim. Ker želimo da se tudi vi naučite kuhati v praksi, bo tečaj organiziran tako, da vsak posameznik praktično sodeluje pri kuhanju. V skupini bo do 8 ljudi. Srečanje bo sestavljeno iz treh delov:
  • prvi del je namenjen spoznavanju dela tega dne in pripravi surovin
  • drugi del je namenjen kuhanju okoli 10 vrst različnih jedi
  • tretji del je namenjen pospravljanju in kraljevski pojedini skuhane hrane. Vedno skuhamo malo več, tako da lahko preostalo hrano odnesete tudi vašim domačim, zato prinesite posodice.

VEDSKA KUHINJA 1
1. DOMAČ SIR: panir - mehki in trdi sir
2. Jogurt: naredimo ga sami
3. LASSI: sadni napitek iz jogurta in banan
4. LADHU – sladica: čičerikina moka, orehi
5. ŠRIKANT - sladica: žafran, odcejen jogurt, sladkor
6. Rajta– solata z jogurtom: blitva, jogurt,mandlji
7. HALVA- sladica: višnje, banane, pšenični zdrob...
8. PURI - kruhki: sezam, polnovredna moka, mak
9. Sabdži - glavna zelenjavna jed: bučke, korenček, jajčevci, sir, ...
10. RIŽ: kokos, peteršilj - priloga

VEDSKA KUHINJA 2
1. Sabdži - glavna zelenjavna jed: cvetača, paprika, krompir, dimjen tofu,
2. Sabdži – glavna zelenjavna jed: stročji fižol, paradižnik, jogurt, ...
3. BASMATI RIŽ - priloga: mandlji, fenel
4. SAMOSE - delikatesa: mehki sirček, koruza, zelene olive, olivno olje, ...
5. Rajta– solata z jogurtom: zlate kroglice namočene v jogurtu
6. SLADKI RIŽ - sladica: karamel, cimet, riž, mleko...
7. KORENČKOVA HALVA: korenje, mandlji, žafran, sladka smetana, rozine...
8. ČATNI - rahlo pikantna sladica: banane, rozine, limona, začimbe

VEDSKA KUHINJA 3
1. KATHI MITHI Sabdži I – glavna zelenjavna jed: bučke, korenček, ananas
2. LIMONIN RIŽ - priloga: Limonin riž s svežim kokosom in indijskimi oreščki
3. DHALOVA JUHA - juha: rumeni mung dhal, korenček, peteršilj
4. ČAPATI – tradicionalni kruhki: moka tip 1100, polno zrnata moka,sol
5. Rajta– solata z jogurtom: kumarice, jogurt, kokos
6. CHUTNEY – pikantna sladica: jabolka, ananas, pomaranča
7. LASSI - napitek iz jogurta: jogurt, žafran, rožina voda
8. BALARAM – božanska sladica: mleko v prahu, sladkor, lešniki

ITALIJANSKA KUHINJA
1. LAZAGNA: bešamel, špinača domač sirček, pelati z zelenjavo, riban sir
2. RUMENI DOMAČI REZANCI, ŠPINAČNI REZANCI
3. MEDITERANSKA OMAKA: bučke, melancan, rdeča paprika, paradižnik
4. OLIVNA OMAKA: črne, zelene olive, kapre, paradižnik, pasta genoveze

^^ Ja, mene predvsem zanima omaka s tofujem, sem danes prvič kupila tofu in malo gledam okoli kako naj ga naredim. Samo popečenega, samega, ne bi.

Super BBQ omako lahko narediš iz drobno sesekljane čebule in paradižnika (lahko tudi malo paradižnikovega koncentrata), nekaj žlic arašidovega masla, malo olja in ingverja v prahu (nekateri dajo notri še malo balzamičnega kisa ali kake druge začimbe). Čebulo malo popražiš na olju, dodaš ostalo, malo pokuhaš, voila!

Jaz tofu navadno mariniram v sojini omaki in popečem na kokosovi maščobi. Nekaj receptov za marinade je na spodnjih linkih:

Tudi jaz sem že delala tofu na takšen način. :) Ampak to kar je na sliki sem pa naredila res preprosto - za prvo sliko pišem:


Najprej sem malo popekla tofu, kar na navadnem olju, nato sem ga umaknila iz posode. Na čebuli sem popražila zelenjavo (gobice in bučke) - res na hitro, kajti gobice rabijo samo nekaj minut, enako bučke, če jih

predolgo 'tenstaš' niso dobre. Vse mora biti čvrsto. Nato sem dodala bambus, tofu, malo sojine omake, začimbe, še malo pomešala, in je narejeno.

Niti 20 minut ne vzame ta recept. Basmati riž sem posebej skuhala in voila. :) Moram pa omeniti, da je tofu bil dimljen (iz Leclerca) in je dal jedi res piko na i. :)
Pa še jajce sem žvrkljala, ga pocvrla kot palačinko in narezala na trakove. ;) Res bogata mešanica okusov pride.

Zdaj ne boš vesela: v Leclercu jaz to kupujem. :D Ampak komot izpustiš in nadomestiš s čim drugim, ni sploh panike. :)
Zna biti, da jih dobiš v Šparu tudi, ali Mercatorju, ampak ne vem, ker nisem še nikoli kupovala tam.

Okej. Bambus je meni všeč, še iz časov ko sem hodila v kitajske restavracije jest, zdej kakšen bi meni prišel doma v loncu je pa druga stvar, ane.
Bom pogledala malo okrog, sem skoraj ziher da bi ga tudi v kakem Intersparu ali Hipermarketu bilo za dobit. Sicer pa grem naslednji mesec v Leclerc in si že zdaj sproti pišem spisek stvari za jih kupit, ko kaj dobrega tukaj omenite :lol:

Yes, it can happen so quickly. Life as we know it can change in a blink of an eye. Unlikely friendships can blossom, important careers can be tossed aside, a long lost hope can be rekindled. Still, we should be grateful for whatever changes life throws at us. Because all too soon, the day will come when there are no changes left.

Hvala. Je tudi bilo. :njam: In res, vsi recepti so 20 minut dela. :)


Še glede zadnje slike: taki recepti so mi najljubši, ker vključujejo korenček, ki v kombinaciji s čebulo in česnom, naredijo super naravno omako.
Nekaj časa tenstajte korenček na čebuli, dodajajte vodo, da rata nekaj omake + dodajte kar želite (jaz sem dala tofu z okusom paprike + sezam).
