Bizonove, misliš mocarela di Bufala, tista taprava napoletanska? Razlika je ogromna, meni sta sicer obe dobri (jaz tudi obožujem mocarelo, kar se da tudi sklepati iz mojih jedilnikov laugh.gif ), enkat mi je kolegica prinesla to pristno mozzarella di Bufala, iz Neaplja in razlika JE, tako da če jo imaš kje priliko probat. wink.gif

Meni recimo med našo mocarelo in bivoljo, ki sem jo kupila v Maxiju (ni nekaj blazno draga), ni neke velike razlike. Sem pa enkrat v Cubotu jedla božansko bivoljo, ni za opisat kakšna je razlika thumbup.gif

Tista ki jo kupiš v trgovinah pri nas, ali pa tudi v Trstu recimo, ni to, ne. Je morda maaalo boljša od naše navadne, ampak daleč od originala.

Ali pa zelen atomski oblak-gobo.

Meni je noro, kaksna je pri brokoliju razlika, ce si skuhas svezega ali zamrznjenega, iz vrecke.

Moja najljubsa jed zadnje case so cmoki/njoki brez moke oz. psenicnega zdroba - delam jih iz skute, belega kuruznega zdroba, jajce in to je to. Skuham, poprazim na maslu in brezglutenskih drobtinah. Mmmm! love.gif
