Vedra bom s pomočjo aerobike, pilatesa in hranil iz zelenjave.
Komi čakam, počutm se zanemarjeno in počutm se kot da hranim celice z nepotrebnim gnusom in lenobo.

Zdaj sicer delam na tem, da pridobim vsaj še 2 kg, ampak glede na to, da se dobro počutim, bi rada spet s športom začela.
Torej, kaj priporočate, česa naj se lotim, da ne bom še naprej hujšala, pa da bo tak lahek povratek nazaj na športne steze, pa da ne bom takoj izčrpana?

Orbitrek pomojem ni slaba varjanta- goni ga zmerno, pa potem podaljšuj v skladu z zmožnostmi.
Sicer pa, mogoče bi bilo dobro, da pridobiš nekaj mišične mase- poskusi v fitnesu, vendar bi bilo za te nasvete verjetno bolje vprašati kakšnega sajka, ki se na te stvari bolj spozna.

Fitnes mi nekako ne diši, me izredno dolgočasi, ne morem si pomagat.
Ja, počutim se res fizično ok, ampak če pretiravam z miganjem, se mi takoj pozna, več dni ne pridem k sebi. Hkrati pa čutim, da mi šport resnično manjka, zato iščem ustrezno rešitev.
Sicer zdaj veliko hitro hodim,vsak drugi dan, ampak to ravno ne krepi mišic po vsem telesu ... Gibanje je, ni pa to pridobivanje mišične mase ... Uff, zoprno, res.

Pa še vseen mi je wuhu, ne kompenziram več težav haha
sam to še vseen ne pomen, da ne mislm zacet svoje riti migat a ne pa v njo vnašat spet zelenjavo in ne samih ljubih sladkarij in bedne hrane recimo da že 9 dni zapored jem na bone muahahaha. Obup! Jutri spet! Bože milo!

Sva že lani rekli z mamo, da greva (ona je čist navdušena tekačica), pa sem bila jaz v tujini. Letos pa res!
