Sestavine
4 rumenjaki
15 dkg sladkorja
20 dkg margarine
1 vanilin sladkor
2 dcl mleka
20 dkg moke
1/2 pecilnega praška
3 dkg kakava
Krema:
4 beljaki
15 dkg sladkorja
Za namaz:
Marelična marmelada
Za preliv:
100 g jedilne čokolade
Postopek
Dobro zmešamo rumenjake, sladkor, margarino in vanilin sladkor, dodamo mleko, moko, pecilni prašek in kakav.
Maso damo v ogreto pečico (200 stopinj) in pečemo 20 minut.
Medtem naredimo sneg iz beljakov in počasi dodajamo sladkor.
Ko je pecivo pečeno, ga namažemo z marelično marmelado (ki jo prej razmešamo, da je gladka), nanj nanesemo sneg. ( Jaz nisem, ampak, če bi še 1x delala, bi namazala, da pride bolj sočno ).
Pecivo damo še enkrat v pečico, pečemo cca 5 minut, da beljaki rahlo porjavijo.
Pecivo vzamemo iz pekača in počakamo, da se ohladi.
Prelijemo s čokoladnim prelivom, počakamo, da se čokolada strdi, narežemo na rezine.

Hvala, Kalypso! Se tudi sama nagibam h kovinskim, ker na splosno ne maram plastike + obcutek imam, da kovinski lepse odrezejo, ce se prav spomnim imamo doma tudi kovinske. Edino, kar me moti pri kovini - ce ne pazis in jo po pranju povrsno osusis, hitro zarjavi.

Pa saj ne zrjavijo tako hitro. Edino kar se je pri nas zgodilo s kovinskimi je bilo, da se je tam kjer je kovina skupaj speta spoj razpustil in je modelček razpadel. Zrjavel pa nam ni še noben, pa jih peremo v pomivalnem stroju, sušimo pa jih tud ali na zraku ali pa pobrišemo s krpo.
Pri nas doma rjavijo kovinske stvari ze odkar pomnim - tako v pomivalnem stroju, ce jih operem na roke in pustim, da se odcejajo na kuhinjskem koritu pa sploh. Ne veliko, ampak toliko, da pustijo rjasto sled. Saj sem ze navajena in vse kovinsko (razne lopatice, ribežen ipd.) takoj obrisem.
Kako se naredi, da je na vrhu taka lepa tanka enakomerna plast čokolade?
Tudi meni je to padlo v oci.
