makaroni z zelenim in rdečim pestom.


Jutri pa štartam bolj s kuhanjem:
  • zelenjavne polpete (v eni knjigi sem dobila idejo, da skuhaš zelenjavo, jo zmiksaš/spasiraš, oblikueš in pomočiš v drobtine - naprej pečeš v pečici. Poročim, če bodo "naši gnadi" všeč) in konjske rezance zraven
  • zelenjavna juha, mesne kroglice v omaki (čufti, da ne bom preveč fina) in pire krompir

naša gnada je bila navdušena. Notri sem zmetala čebulo, korenje, por, brokoli, cvetačo, bučke in krompir, vse skupaj prepražila, začinila, dodala jajce, moko in drobtine in jih oblikovala z modelčki za piškote. Zmazala sta jih!!!!!
samo škoda, ker je toliko pacanja z modelčki. Ampak bom še naredila.

Preostanek zelenjave sem pa zmetala v lonec in naredila zelenjavno juho.

To se jaz tudi skos sprašujem, sliši se ful ogabno, ker pomislim na rezance. Je pa to najbrž čisto simpl konjsko meso narezano na trakove. :D

Jaz sem pa mislila, da so to ful veliki/široki rezanci, taki konjski ne pa dobesedno konjski.

Zgleda že kot da je.
Jaz se naprimer nikoli ne oglašam v vegetarijanskih temah, ali veganskih pa se tudi ne strinjam s stvarmi. Ker je to taka prežvečena tema, da ji pač ne bomo prišli na konec. Jaz imam svoje mnenje, ti imaš svoje. Mislim da lahko s tem živima popolnoma v miru, brez takšnih opazk. :)

To je res, ampak dokler je to forum, mislim da lahko vsak pričakuje določene replike na svoje poste, sicer naj se raje piše dnevnik.

Sicer pa over and out, saj pravim, morala dat ven, zdaj pa mirno naprej.
