Nasplošno sadje pri hujšanju ni ravno priporočljivo, če že kakšen kos ali dva na dan.
Zelenjava je pa meni super, sem mahnjena na solate

Večino sadja ima nizek GI = malo sladkorja in ne zvišujejo ravni sladkorja v krvi (in s tem inzulina).
Nekaj vrst sadja, npr. lubenica, melona/dinja, ananas, banana, papaja imajo visok GI, niso pa totalno prepovedani za uživat.

Meni zadnji teden paše jesti samo sadje, jogurte, skute in oreščke.
Sadja pa pojem v ogromnih količinah, ker si ponavadi delam smoothie s sojinim mlekom in se mi zdi zmiksana količina kar manjša, kot če bi pojedla 3 normalne sadeže. No, te moje "požrtije" se seveda poznajo tudi na moji teži. Zdaj sem vsaj našla način, kako pridobiti kakšen kg. Fajn to

Jst opažam, da mi kr ne paše neki jest. Ne vem zakaj... al to tko al zarad hujšanja. Želje po sladkem pa sploh nimam več in mi je zakon. Res, prov zdi se mi, da je bila navada.
