Jaz pa danes delam piščanca z zelenjavo (korenček, češnjev paradajz, olive) v kremati riževi smetani, in hrustljavo zapečeno polento (Olivija je že ene par let nazaj pomojem objavila recept, sem ga imela od takrat shranjenega, danes pa se lotim).

Pa ful se mi je kanelone, ker Kinky tukaj rajca :cry:

Polento (zapečeno) pa tudi jaz delam, sicer kar po svoje: imam instant polento, skuham jo v 3 krat več količini vode kot je polente.
Pač mešaš dokler se ne zgosti (OK, ne sme postati beton), vlijem v pekač in dam nekam na hladno, da se strdi. Narežem na kocke
in še malo pocvrem na olivnem olju. :)

Jaz jo tudi obožujem. Jaz naredim kar gosto, potem jo dam na rezalno desko, da se malo ohladi, oblikujem v nek kvader, narežem na kocke in popečem še na maslu. NJAM! Ful gre dobro h kaki gobovi omaki, ali kaki kremni omaki s piščancem.
