PJ, tvoji so veliko lepsi od tistih na vzorcni fotografiji. smile.gif Dobri so pa najbrz tudi. ;)

Od predhodnih mi je ostal v spominu se biskvit od Kalypso - cokoladni preliv looks delicious. njam.gif Na splosno imam raje temno hrano kot svetlo. biggrin.gif

Pravkar iz pecice

0,5 kg mehke moke
v moko razrežeš 200 gr masla
s prsti podrgneš maslo v moko, da rata tak rumen prah…
nato dodaš priblizno 1dcl mrzle mrzle vode in zamesiš testo. Daš v folijo in v hladilnik, da te počaka, ko urejaš drugo:

v posodi zmešaš 2 jajci, 0,5 l sladke smetane, 4 žlice kristalnega cukra in 1 žličko cimeta. Fajn zmešaš, da rata tekoča masa.

Testo razvaljaš v pekač, obložiš s krhlji olupljenih jabolk in zaliješ s smetano. Pečeš na 175 stopinj 45 minut.

Se porocilo, vceraj sem prvic spekla, pa sm slikala, preden sem probala. Ful je dobro, socno, najboljse je, dokler je se vsaj malo toplo. Ful NI sladko, tako da ce hocte slajse, je treba dat se kaj cukra v testo. Meni je tako kot je bozansko.
