Tudi meni se zdi GI dieta najbolj zdrava in uravnotežena. Je v Montignacovih knjigah vse lepo napisano in razloženo, tudi zelo logično. OH je treba zaužiti samo za energijo, če pa E v obliki OH (glukoze) slučajno zmanjka (pri večji fizični aktivnosti), pa telo lepo pobere E iz maščobnega tkiva in voila - hujšaš

Sama imam pri svojih 170 cm 65 kg in želim za začetek shujšati 5 kg (po Montignacu). Seveda nisem okrogla ali zamaščena, tudi moj ITM je po izračunih idealen, zgolj pri 60 kg sem se najbolje počutila

Žal pa GI dieta ne bo preveč uspešna, če ne bo zraven vključeno tudi gibanje in dovolj popite tekočine. To je zelo dobro opisano v TEJ KNJIGI, kjer vse to dobro poudarijo.
Mami je včeri kupila tole knjigo. Ma mi je fajn kr je kar nekaj dobrih nasvetov in receptov, včasih sem totalno brez idej kaj bi jedla in pol vedno na kak junk food navalim. Osebno nimam nekaga namena shujšat, samo ohranila bi svojo težo. Pri svojih 170 cm se njabolje počutim z sedanjo težo 57-59kg. Predvsem bi tako težo rada ohranila čez zimo, saj ne maram mraza in potem ponavadi celo zimo nič ne migam in veselo jam, kar pa sepotem hitro pozna na kilah.

Izključno zaradi sadja pa jaz tudi verjamem, da ne moreš biti debel. Po moje je fora, če ješ sadje zraven običajnih obrokov...če veš kaj mislim. Pa tudi razlika je če ješ jabolko ali pa lubenico ali grozdje, ki imata velik cukra.

Jst nisem ful fan sadja, ga mam pa srednje rada, manj kot zelenjavo. Probam pa pojest vsaj malo sadja vsak dan. Za zdravje.

Fruit can have a high-GI, Intermediate-GI or low-GI value. Drugače pa tudi jaz nisem velik fan sadja, imam prav tako raje zelenjavo, ampak se ga vseeno trudim jest, vsak dan vsaj en kos. Zdej na tej dieti itak vsako jutro pojem sadje, če pa mi ful ni, pa si vsaj v pol litra mlačne vode stisnem sok ene ali dveh limon / limet. Trenutno mi daleč najbolj paše mango (kamot celega zmažem za zajtrk), pa tudi lubenica je zakon, ampak je treba na fajno naletet, da ni kašasta, ampak lepo čvrsta.

Ne, za hujšanje pa se mi lubenica ne zdi primerna, je kakšno drugo sadje bolj primerno. Kot je že DiLeMa rekla, ima visok GI in sproži večje izločanje inzulina. Jaz osebno lubenico obožujem in mi je ta podatek žalosten

Jaz sem fan tako sadja kot zelenjave, sadje imam raje bolj sladko (grozdje, lubenica, melona, breskve, citrusi, jagode), zelenjavo pa jem kot prilogo ob kosilu ali v solatah (sploh paradajz s čebulo je zakon, ali pa grška solata

Vsekakor pa se ga ne priporoča kot neke vrste posladek po obroku, torej da najprej poješ tenstan krompir in šnicl, čez pa jagode.

Saj vem, da govoriš na splošno D., pa vendar:
poudarjam, da ima VEČINA SADJA NIZEK GI in se ga zaradi tega dejstva lahko uživa vedno (na prazen želodec pač), nekaj določenih vrst sadja z visokim GI pa naj bi se uživalo zmerno (pri lubenici sem se nerodno izrazila - saj ne, da bi se ji dejansko morala odpovedat, če bi bila npr. debela in bi želela shujšat), pač ne glih vsak dan, ane. Tako da sadje, v normalnih zaužitih količinah in na prazen želodec, nikakor ne redi
