nincha, sinnaia je vložila neki truda v to, ampak sj po drugi strani obstajajo take seornje kot naša coco in lahko da teb tud tko rata se ga znebit-pol liniji najmanjšga odpora haha.

Ma ful mi sede taka hrana zadnje cajte- večinoma presna (sadje in zelenjava), to mislim. Pa počutim se super.

Edino pametno dieto je uspelo sestaviti Montignacu. On edini v tem modernem poslu diet ve o čem govori (ne vedno, večinoma pa).

Deluje tako, da gre za cikel štirih dni, ki se 90 dni ponavljajo. Prvi dan je beljakovinski, drugi je škrobni, tretji OH in četrti sadni. Prvi dan bom jaz večinoma jedla popečen tofu, drugi dan imam ponavadi zelenjavno rižoto ali ajdovo kašo (lahko pa recimo tudi stročnice), tretji dan pa polnozrnate bio testenine z zelenjavnimi omakcami + vsak dan zraven veliko solate in druge sveže zelenjave. Četrti, sadni dan, pač ješ sadje v neomejenih količinah, pa dieta prepoveduje alkohol in gazirane pijače ter priporoča vsaj dva litra vode dnevno. Meni je to, da traja tri mesece, glavna odlika te diete, ker ne shujšaš čez noč, ne stradaš (jaz nisem bla prvič nikoli lačna in se nisem počutila prikrajšane) in se vseeno privadiš rednih obrokov ter se odpoveš konstantnim prigrizkom, tako da se je meni tudi počutje ful izboljšalo, pa več energije sem imela. Pa vsak škrobni dan lahko poješ nekaj sladkega, kar je tudi super, da nisi cel živčen in samo skos na čokolado misliš. S tem, da pri tej dieti shujšaš samo na račun izgubljene vode, pa se absolutno ne strinjam. Nekateri shujšajo s pomočjo te diete tudi po 30kg in se veeeliko bolje počutijo, pa ne bi rekla da so izgubili 30kg vode.
Jaz ne bom rekla, da je to najboljša dieta, pa tudi o njej sem prebrala že marsikateri larifari (recimo to, da ti skrči želodec in za vedno spremeni metabolizem
