Ne, ona nima žametnih oči in niti kodrov mehkih kakor svila, 
če sneg je bel, ga v njenih nedrih ni in usta bi se od koral ločila.
Sem videl rože bele in rdeče, na njenih licih take ne cveto
in so dišave, ki so bolj dehteče, kot vonj, ki diha njeno ga telo. 
Njen glas poslušam rad, četudi vem da zvoki strun prijetneje zvene, 
kako boginje hodijo ne vem; ko ona hodi, stopa kot ljudje.
Pa vendar se mi zdi bolj očarljiva kot vse, ki pesem jih slavi lažniva.

Vzela sem tale recept http://www.energisef...zucchini-pasta/ in ga malo predelala po svoje.

Moje sestavine:
- 1 velika bučka
- 1 velik paradižnik
- 1 večja čebula
- nekaj listov blitve
- avokado
- česen v prahu (lahko tudi svež, stisnjen)
- sol
- olivno olje
- polnozrnate pirine testenine (penne)

Dala sem kuhati testenine.

V posodo sem na majhne koščke narezala vso zelenjavo, razen avokada in čebule.
Solila, prelila z olivnim oljem, dodala česen v prahu. Nato s paličnim mešalnikom vse zmiksala - ne v čisto tekoče, ampak toliko, da so bili še vidni koščki zelenjave.

Potem sem v kozici prepražila posoljeno čebulo na olivnem olju in pustila, da se je vse skupaj rahlo ohladilo.

Med tem sem olupila in pretlačila avokado.

Ko so bile testenine kuhane, sem mešanico zelenjave prelila v kozico, kjer se je pražila čebula.
S tem sem zelenjavno mešanico tudi rahlo pogrela, ne pa prekuhala (da se niso izgubili dragoceni vitamini iz zelenjave).
Pogreto zelenjavno omako sem prelila nazaj v skledo in dodala zmečkan avokado ter dobro premešala.
Nato sem vse to prelila čez testenine + potresla z malo sončničnimi semeni.

Neverjetno okusno in zdravo + precej nasitno! :njam: Priporočam!

Prvič delam, ker imam full domačega zelja za porabit. :)

Zelje naribaš in daš v slan krop za 2 minuti, da se zmehča. Dodaš krušne drobtine, jajce, moko, peteršilj, oblikuješ, pocvreš. Poročam. :)
