Bi vsekakor poskusila, saj mi deluje zanimiva kombinacija. Jaz semen kumine ne prenesem.

Kje podpišem peticijo, da jo nehajo tlačit v rdečo peso? :(


Jaz bi tudi to podpisala, pa nimam nečeloma nič proti kumini, samo naj bo mleta ;). Podobna čustva gojim tudi do popra :D.

Te peticije ne boš nikoli videla, pa tudi nihče drug ne. Kumina namreč preprečuje napenjanje. Nasploh je zdrava. Kumnovc, recimo: šnops, pomaga pri prehladu.

Zadnjič sem v Leclercu kupila tole Mamie Douceur pomarančno marmelado in je :sick: Greeeenka. Nisem videla da piše da vsebuje tudi lupino.

Pomarancna/limonina po mojem mnenju ni nobena za namazat na kruh ali konzumirat v vecjih kolicinah. Se v peciva jo dajem bolj malo.

^^ Jaz sem dobila za darilo domačo grenivkino in limetino-limonino marmelado, tudi z lupino. Za na kruh mi sploh niso, sploh grenivkina mi je grozna, ne vem kako naj ju porabim. Verjetno res za peciva.

Pa jaz tudi ne maram kumine nikjer.
Ne maram kozic in škampov, enkrat sem jih jedla pa mi res ni všeč okus, dopuščam sicer, da jih še kdaj poskusim.
Ne maram še: oliv, prave kave, smetane...

Danes sem se soočila s starim neprijateljem: brstičnim ohrovtom. :D

 

Skuhala sem ga po navodilih, al dente, da se ni spremenil v ogabno, tekočo, smrdečo žlobudro. Nato sem ga splahnila pod mrzlo vodo, počakala, da se ohladi,

ter dodala začimbe, olivno olje, limonin sok, ter ga posula z mandlji v lističih.

Jaz imam pa peso ful rada, ali kuhano (ampak tista kisla iz kozarcev z veliko kimlja ni bogve kaj), ali pa surovo v solati s pomarancami ipd. 

Brsticnega iz pecice pa ze nekaj casa nisem delala, vem, da sem brsticnega in sampinjone narezala na cetrtine, potresla gor zacimbe (curry + neko sonnentor mesanico), dodala malo vode, jusne osnove in kokosovo olje, potem pa dala vse skup v pecico.
