Za porov oblaček na olivnem olju na hitro prepražimo por (lahko tudi z malo čebule, ni pa nujno). Ko se rahlo ohladi, posolimo, popramo, dodamo muškatni orešček, vmešamo dva rumenjaka in malo naribanega sira. Damo v pekač in narahlo (!) vmešamo še sneg iz dveh beljakov, pečemo ene 15 minut na 180°C, da se sneg rahlo zapeče.

Jaz večkrat jem por + jajce + sir. Meni je ta kombinacija res zakon (sem imela včeraj za kosilo).

Še en recept, ki sem ga danes testirala, in sicer sem malo pogledala od Kay recept od Tuninega zavitka z zelenjavo
Ampak sem ga naredila po svoje, nič nisem merila, vzela sem zelenjavo:
- paradižnik
 - por
 - čebulo
 - grah
 - in tuno
 
Vse to sem na nizkem ognju in na olivnem olju popražila (nekaj minut).
Nato sem vzela listnato testo, ga prerezala na pol, in na spodnjo polovico dala maso, nato ga pokrila z drugo polovico, z vilico utrdila robove, in po vrhu pomazala z jajcem.
Pekla sem 25 minut na 200 stopinjah.
Je zelo dobro, ampak naslednjič delam z gobicami, porom in sirom; tudi ta kombinacija ni slaba (sem naredila z zelenjavo, ki sem jo pač imela v hladilniku, kar je bilo na voljo), lahko dodate papriko, bučke, itd.

Freya_ piščanca lahko rukneš v pečico skupaj s krompirjem (vse skupaj nasoljeno) in spečeš. Zelo enostavno.
Če pa imaš v mislih zrezke, pa jih lahko enostavno popečeš na kančku olivnega olja - s tem da jaz jih ful zapečem, da so lepo rjavi z vseh strani - prov čakam, da je tik na tem da se pripali, dolijem vodo (medtem meso pomešam po tisti "omaki" ki se na hitro nabere) in spet čakam da izpari, spet dolijem.. In ko to parkrat ponovim je meso lepo rjavo zapečeno z vseh strani in ima okus kot bi bil iz žara

Uu, to s tuno moram naredit, ampak po njegovem receptu (ne maram graha :s).
Po njenem, misliš. Ja, glede zelenjave imaš odprte roke, daš kar imaš rada.

Mmmmmmm, same dobrote, njamiiii.
Jst sem tut nora na prebranac, nisem še jedla boljšega kot Etinega. Vem, da je iz konzerve, ampak to je nekaj tako dobrega, da ni za povedat.
