Popoldne grem še en krog z rolerji (25 minut)
Vmes bom pospravila stanovanje
Jedla bom le kefir/kislo mleko in breske iz kompota če bo kriza,pa pač za kosilo kar bo in tega čimmanj
Treba zaradi menstruacije izničite včerajšnje nažiranje s čipsom in nutello :\

1 g maščob je dejansko malo več kot 9 kcal, ampak ostanimo zaradi enostavnosti na 9. Torej 0,5 kg ali 500g je enako 4500 kcal. Napisal sem od nedelje do sobote torej 6 dni. Laufanja in ostale telovadbe sem imel za enih 350 kcal na dan. Torej 6 x 350 kcal = 2100 kcal. Opazno manj ter bolj premišljeno sem jedel, po lastni oceni definitivo 400 do 500 kcal manj na dan, to znese 6 dnevni primankljaj v višini 4500 - 5100 kcal. Vidiš, moja ocena je po moje kar precej natančna in na mestu.

Pa učila sem se za jutrišnji izpit, ki ga itak nem naredla, ker seme na packasta lenoba, ki se je že spet (!) prepozno spravla zravn... kaj čemo....
