Odvisno koliko časa seksaš in koliko si aktiven med tem (recimo če baba pol ure jaha, pol tip skoraj nič kalorij ne porabi, ona pa veliko).
Seks je sicer super zadeva, a ni pa nadomestek za rekreacijo. Vsaj nekaj gibanja na prostem je meni nuja. Sicer pa je vse odvisno od ciljev posameznika.

Če greste na fakulteto za šport in plačate meritev, bi se dalo morda zmenit ... pač - maske na usta/nos da izmeri porabo kisika, potem imaš pa vse ... smile.gif

Ali pozna kdo kakšno mešano skupinov LJ, ki rekrativno igra odbojko in bi potrebovali kakšnega aberveznika za številko.

Za naslednje šolsko leto iščem skupino, kateri bi se lahko priključila.

Rezultati, zahtevnost....? Mas aplikacijo? Meni je vsec kar sem prebrala in razmisljam da bi resno zacela s tem.

Ena na YT ima vse vadbe po dnevih posnete za BBG1. Full boljše kot slike na aplikaciji. Mogoče boš našla, drugače ti pa prilepim, ko pridem iz službe.

Meni je Kejla dobra, svaka čast kaj ji je uspelo narediti v teh letih, respekt, kar se biznisa tiče.

Vaje so dobre, rezultati definitivno so, čeprav so zelo odvisni od prehrane, valda. V enem obdobju sem vadila, ampak jedla grozljivo, vsak večer international dinner, BJ partyji, itd., tona cukra, pa je bil napedek samo v vzdržljivosti, vizualno pa bolj nič (logično), ko sem končno šla nazaj v stare tirnice kar se prehrane tiče, pa so rezultati hitro prišli. Zdaj sem že od maja na pavzi, ker ne smem forsirat sklepov in samo penzionistično plavam (ironija, najslabšo postavo imam v času sezone kopalk, najboljšo pa ko sem cela zakrita :D). Po moje se bom septembra lotila od začetka, čeprav bom spustila 'ponavljajoče se' tedne do W5, ker so mi prvi 4 tedni tako zoprni, da joj, pol pa nadaljevala z dvojko. Aplikacije nimam, mam samo pdf na telefonu, agresiven rep na slušalke in cepaj. :D Sej zgleda lepo in fajn, samo meni se ne bi dalo štrcat po tistem appu, plus telefon mam precej nezmogljiv, plus predrago mi je, in tako naprej, skratka, ne rabim je, da bi vadila. Ena znanka je imela, pa ni bila nekaj blazno navdušena, SWK ji je bil bolj motivacija, da se sploh spravi telovadit, drugače res ni potrebe, po moje.

Jaz delam BBG, nimam aplikacije, samo vpišem v google bbg week 1 monday (itd.), ti da ven sliko. Če si začetnik, rezultati definitivno so, tako kot pri vsaki telovadbi, ane. Pač potrebna je vztrajnost, brez tega pa ni nič.
