Ja, ampak ni nujno - vcasih je gor kaka kombinacija s 'kremnim sirom' (cream cheese) ali pa svilnatim tofujem, to se slisi precej bolj obetavno : D

Jaz sem samo enkrat dobre jedla, ko sem naredila iz skute in whiskeya v kombinaciji s čokoladnim biskvitom. Sploh kakšni pisani ne izgledajo jedljivi.

Čokoladni Muffini

recept za 12 muffinov:

 

  • 100 g sladkorja
  • 1 dl olja
  • 2 jajci
  • 250 g moke
  • 1 žlička pecilnega praška
  • 3 žlice kakava v prahu
  • 250 g sesekljane jedilne čokolade
  • mleko 

V skledo z električnim mešalnikom zmešajte jajca, sladkor in kakav v prahu. Postopoma dodajajte skupaj zmešano moko in pecilni prašek, ter dodajte olje in mleko, da dobite ravno prav tekočo zmes. Na koncu dodajte zmesi sesekljano jedilno čokolado. Maso naložite v papirnate modelčke v pekač za muffine.

Pecite 30 min na 175°C.

 

Opomba: porabila sem kakšen deci mleka. Čokolado sem nalomila na koščke in potem v mikserju zmlela na koščke (ne premajhne). Morajo biti tako veliki, da se med peko stopijo in potem ko vgrizneš v muffin, da se čokolada kar pocedi ven.  ;)

 

Notri so ful mehki, zunaj pa ravno prav hrustljavi. ;)

Najboljsi cokoladni cupcakesi:

 

2 cups sugar

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (best quality available)

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract (best quality available)

1 cup boiling water

 

 

Line muffin tin with paper liners.  Heat oven to 350*F.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.  Beat on medium speed for one minute.

Stir in boiling water (the batter will be thin, don’t worry, this is right).

Fill liners 2/3 full with batter and bake cupcakes for aproximately 18-22 minutes.

Cool completely on wire rack before frosting.

 

 

Frosting (super je, stoji gor, ne pade, ravno prav kompakten, in iz tega ven lahko delate variacije - npr jaz sem dodala kakav in je prisel cokoladni frosting)

 

½ cup (1 stick/8 Tablespoons) butter (set at room temp about 10 minutes, but should still be cool)
8 oz. cream cheese (directly from fridge)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (always use pure vanilla extract if possible)
4 cups powdered confectioners sugar
1 to 4 Tablespoons heavy cream, heavy whipping cream (or milk)

 

Place butter in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Add cream cheese and blend until fully combined and smooth, about 30 seconds.
Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and blend on low speed until combined. Increase to medium speed and beat until it begins to get fluffy.
Slowly add the heavy cream, a little bit at a time until desired consistency is met. (Don’t add too much if you want the frosting to stay in place when piped on cupcakes.)

Beat until fluffy, about 1 minute.

Lepo... Ti frostingi ful lepo izgledajo, samo ne vem, če bi lahko to jedla, deluje ful mastno.

Sarah, glede na hvalo domnevam, da imajo res pristen čokoalden okus? Tudi le biskvit?

Ja, za true čokoholike! :D Malo so brownijem podobni. Pa res so dobri no, predvsen noro noro mehki, se prav stopijo v ustih.

 

Frosting meni povečini tudi ni všeč, ta pa mi je v redu, ker je na bazi kremnega sira in ne masla. :)

jaz frosting vedno naredim iz mascarponeja in stopljene čokolade. ful dober pride, trd, da ne kaplja. ful je dober iz bele čokolade.

Tako kot piše, 350 Fahrenheit, torej po naše ene 175. :)

V receptu je od 18 - 22 minut, jaz sem jih 18, je bilo čisto dovolj.

 

Je pa treba pazit ker fuuul narastejo, v primeru, da želiš še frosting gor, se lahko zafrkneš. Jaz sem tako nekaterim morala "rezat klobučke" dol.

To je drugače recept za Hershey's perfect chocolate cake in je najboljši čokladni biskvit, kar sem jih kdaj probala. Pika :D To sem že pisala, ampak je treba še enkrat: Tole je najboljša torta iz tega biskvita. Iz obojega lahko naredite tudi cupcake (pri obeh receptih iz kulinarike so tudi opazke in podrobna navodila).

Sarah, to so najboljši muffini akr sem jih kdajkoli jedla! Fantu je slabo, toliko jih ej pojedel :D

JIh pa ful rata, meni 30, tako, da jih jutri oba neseva še v službo.

Iz te mase jih rata okrog 25, piše v receptu, jap. Jaz sem razpolovila maso in jih je prišlo 12, točno za en pekač.

Pa dejansko date notri 425g sladkorja in 235g moke? Ker meni se že ob misli na to upira, dam vedno ''samo'' 300g sladkorja in je več kot dovolj za ta recept.
