1 liter mleka
500 g bele čokolade
2 vrečki vanilijevega sladkorja
sladkor po okusu
nekaj kapljic ruma za aromo
Čokolado nalomite na koščke in vmešate v zavreto mleko, primešajte vanili sladkor, nekaj ruma in sladkajte po okusu.Mešajte toliko časa, dokler se čokolada popolnoma ne raztopi. Če želite gostejšo čokoldo, v manjši posodici zmešajte 4 žličke škroba in štiri žlice mleka. Mešanico vlijte v vročo čokolado in kuhajte še minuo, da se zgosti. Med kuhanjem mešajte.

Freak, ufff ne spomnim se, ker vedno delam po občutku. Vzemi 2dl mleka, not nadrobi čokolado in pokuhaj na pari, da se stopi. Nato dodajaj čajne žličke gustina in kuhaj nekaj časa, dokler se ti ne zdi ok. Hm, no najbrž nisem glih koristna.

Pomojem pa je boljše, da se čokolado stopi v vodni kopeli, ker meni se vedno lonček zažge!
Pa skos mešam, pa se vseeno zažge. Tak da vodna kopel je 1a.

Ja, sej berem kulinariko in imam nekaj za rezervo, ampak me zanima, če ima katera kaj ekstra dobrega.
