Brushing up on English?

'The students are deepening their knowledge of (the) English language.'

Dear Sirs!
One of our members has registered Mrs. xy, but unfortunately they paid the registration fee for “Others” (€ 1,400 + 21% VAT) and not for “Full members” of xy association (€ 1,050 + 21% VAT). So they paid € 424 to much.
Now they decided they would like to register another participant on the xy Forum - Mrs. xy.
Would it be possible, that this time they pay only the difference between € 424 (that was paid to much) and the registration fee € 1,270.50.
In this case the payment would be € 700 + 21% VAT = € 847.
Please send us a conformation, that you agree with our proposal for payment or send us your preposition.

Kami, jaz bi malo preformulirala.
Dear Sir or Madam (če veš priimek pa napišeš Dear Mr./Mrs. ______ (priimek)
Please be informed that one of our members registered Mrs. xy inappropriately as they paid the registration fee for “Others” (€ 1,400 + 21% VAT) and not for “Full members” of xy association (€ 1,050 + 21% VAT). That resulted in paying € 424 too much.
They now decided they would like to register another participant on the xy Forum - Mrs. xy.
We propose paying the difference to the full fee which sums up to € 700 + 21% VAT = € 847. Full registration fee is € 1,270.50 and we would like to deduct the overpaid sum of € 424 if that is acceptable for you.
Please confirm our proposal for payment or send us your preposition on how to proceed further.
We remain at your disposal for any additional inquiries.
