Problem je velikost. Moji so 200mg pa so ogromni. Itak je pa boljse jemati recimo 200 na 12 ur. RDA je 400.

Jaz itak ne maram šumečk, pa vse so preblage. Zdaj jemljem Magnex, ima 375mg, kar je solidno za naš trg :D

Jaz sem nazadnje kupila magnezij v Dm od znamke Abtei in je tableta 400mg. So pa normalne velikosti.

Sarah, 375 je ob tvoji zdravi prehrani dovolj :) Ce te pa skrbi trening, pa takrat malo vec vzames.

Ne, jaz imam povišane zahteve po Mg zaradi enih drugih razlogov. Zato iščem takega, ki bi imel v eni tableti čimvečjo vrednost. :)

Jaz kupujem Magnesium Diasporal 400 Extra, tudi v citratni obliki. Notri je 50 vrečk v prahu, v vsaki 400 mg Mg, cena je okoli 20 €. Napitek ima pomaračni okus, men je kul, brez mehurčkov. Mislim, da se ga dobi tudi v lekarnah, jaz ga sicer kupujem v Vita Care.

Ja, dobi se tudi v Lekarni Ljubljana zagotovo, sem gledala včeraj. Cenovno pa spet ni ravno ugodno, če bi redno kupoval...

Nekaj močnega, pač par krat 100% RDA :) Pri nas boš težko tole dobila, na iHerb pa imaš miljon poceni izbire.

Aja, pa glej da ima visoko dozo biotina.
