na kosilo pa grem nekam ven... v Oljko najbrž

Jaz pa hujšam, pa sem se danes tako najedla, da bom dol padla.
za kosilo sva imela pečene makarone z zelenjavo - še od včeraj, solato in meso, ki je tudi še ostalo od včeraj.
Potem je pa še sosed poklical, da ima mlad na žaru pečen krompirček. in sva seveda morača še tja.

Pa taka dieta... smile.gif

Z ljubeznijo je kakor s pečenko: čim starejši so zobje, tem mlajša mora biti jagnjetina.

Včeraj jedla raviole s peteršiljem in pršutom, zvečer horse burger.

Danes pa bom 'segrej in pojej' - čufti in pire.

Danes bo solata, zelenjava in meso. Omejujem ogljikove hidrate.

čez kakšno uro gremo v cantino mexicano, bom pol napisala, kaj sem jedla, ziher bom paradižnikovo juhco, ker mi je tam res dobra. wink.gif

za zajtrk sem pojedla velik kos ful dobre lubenice, za kosilo bom pa spet pečen krompirček z rožmarinom, ker ga imam res too much rada ... aja pa še zelena solatka zraven.

Za kosilo je bila zelenjava in piščanček, samo malo popečen na vročem ognju. Pa solata. Pa skleda sladoleda.
