Aja, glede mascarpone kock in biskvita. Jaz ga nič ne režem na pol. Mislite da bi mi ratalo? laugh.gif Spečem en mal večji pa tanjši biskvit in ga dam samo na pol pa je. No problemo. smile.gif

ja, itak. pri nas tud ponavadi tako delamo, je praktično - sploh, če rabiš enega temnega, enega svetlega - velik, plitek protfan, spodaj peki papir, ki ga v sredini zapogneš, tako da dobiš nekak tko:

Dodajam še en recept za maffine. Ta je meni res zelo dober. smile.gif

Čokoladni mafini z višnjami

Sestavine

20 dag vloženih višenj
25 dag moke
2,5 žlički pecilnega praška
3 žlice kakava v prahu
80 g nastrgane čokolade
ščepec soli
12 dag sladkorja
125 g stopljenega masla
2 jajci
1/4 l mleka

Postopek

Višnje dobro odcedimo. Moko, pecilni prašek, kakav, nastrgano čokolado, sol in sladkor zmešamo. Posebej umešamo maslo, jajci in mleko. Dodamo mešanico moke in narahlo premešamo. Umešamo višnje. Pečemo pri 180 stopinjah 30 minut.

Jaz sem čokolado samo narezala, sesekljala na manjše kose ter jo dodam takrat ko višnje (torej na koncu).

Hehe, se spomnim _M_, da si jih velikokrat omenjala v svojih postih. biggrin.gif Jaz jih naredim ko so kakšni deževni dnevi. Enkrat na 2 meseca ali pa celo 3 mogoče. Pa pozimi večkrat no, zdaj sem jih pa od pomladi samo enkrat naredila. smile.gif

Danes delamo z mami marmorni cheesecake, ki ga je PJ nalepila. thumbup.gif

Hihi, ste vse ful navalile, še Brokoli sem vidla. biggrin.gif Upam, da vam je/bo všeč.

Joj, men so tud mafini mal dosadni, pa sem jih včasih res skos delala. Sicer se jih v tej ta novi pečici še nisem lotila, pa itak moram po pekač, ker ga nimam več.
