Evo tole so pa moji muffini od zadnjič po PJ-inem receptu (čokoladno-pomarančni muffini).
Ful so bili dobri, danes jih spet pečem. eat.gif

Za 12 mafinov:

Pol šopka sveže bazilike
30 g parmezana
50 g na soncu sušenih paradižnikov v olju
75 g črnih oliv
200 g pšenične moke tip 550
100 g polente
2 1/2 čž pecilnega
1 čž soli
2 jajci
100 ml olivnega olja
350 ml pinjenca
30 g pinjol

Bazliko operi in na grobo nasesekljaj. Naribaj parmezan, paradižnike nareži na manjše koščke (na kockice).
V skledi zmešaj moko, pecilni, polento, sol in parmezan.
Razžvrkljaj jajci z olivnim oljem in pinjencem. Dodaj suho mešanico in premešaj. Na koncu vmešaj še baziliko, paradižnik, olive in pinjole.
Daj v modelčke, peci na 180° 20-25 minut.

Jaz danes delam TE, Muffini z Nutello in mletimi lešniki preliti s čokolado, za dedkov rojstni dan jutri.

Evo, sem jih naredila včeraj, bom priložila sliko kasneje. Dobri, a meni presuhi. :( Nasploh je to zame
velik problem pri muffinih, vsi so mi suhi, več ali manj, in nisem še našla muffinov, ki bi mi bili
bomba, in bi jih naredila več kot 1 krat. Izjema so tisti s kefirjem in jabolkom. :)

Si že delala lemon-sesam muffins? Je recept tod nekje. Tudi zelo dobri, ne suhi. Meni nasploh en boljših receptov za muffine.
