Jutri grem na prvi trening Adidasove šole teka. Glede na rezultate pri Cooperju (ki se mi sploh niso zdeli slabi, haha), in pa starost, so me dali v skupino: začetniki. :D

 

Na prvem obisku smo se razgibavali, malo odtekli. Se veselim, predvsem da malo pokomentirajo mojo tehniko. So me že opozorili, da moram več tudi z rokami gibami, 

sem kot zombie, mi roke kar visijo ob telesu. :D

Jaz sem se tudi po več letih spravila tečt. Do zdaj sem šla 3x. Imam eno razdaljo, cca 3 km in potem delam intervale s hojo. Vse skupaj mi nanese kakšne pol ure gibanja. Delam pa vse na oko, ker nimam nobene ure in ničesa zraven. Mi je pa precej muka. Na koncu sem itak fuuul rdeča, že rdečo belo lisasta in enkrat mi je bilo celo malo slabo od napora. V glavnem , NIČ nimam kondicije. Samo zaenkrat vztrajam in se ne dam :D.

Ja, saj sem prebrala, da si napisala, da komaj zdaj po enem letu nekam prideš :) (mislim, da na fb). Ja, zdaj se mi zdi že nemogoče, da bi 3 km pretekla v kosu :/.

Danes ob 19:00 je tekaski trening v Tivoliju, naceloma je za tiste, ki se pripravljajo na Nocno 10ko, jaz bom sla tja pogledat iz firbca in ker bo poudarek na pravilni tehniki teka. Naj se kdo pride, the more, the 'redder'!

tiste, ki tečete v LJ ...

ali mogoče veste, ali so še kje organizirane tekaške skupine ali samo v Tivoliju.

Malo mi je brezveze se z avtom tja peljat, pa potem spet nazaj ... ko pa lahko za Bežigradom tečem. Jaz bi potrebovala nekoga, da me v rit brca ... da se komu priključim, ker sama ne znam izpeljat zadeve in po parih tekih vedno odneham.

Pritečeš do Tivolija, in je. :D ;)

 

Večinoma se teče na treh lokacijah:

 

- Tivoli

- Golovec

- Mostec

 

Večina je pa v Tivoliju, ja, na žalost, ampak tam je res lep in razgiban poligon, zato je super, tudi poleti, ker je pod drevesi.

Kaj naj jaz z mojo nogo babe?Tetiva me peče in tekla sem nazadnje v soboto.

Včeraj sva šla na sprehod in sem skor umrla pa od une vezi v kolku.

Kolk me boli na levi, tetiva v stopalu pa na desni nogi.

Najbrž mi drugega kot počitek (bom šla jutri raje plavat...) ne preostane?

Kami, a imas kje v blizini PST? Jaz hodim tja, ceprav imam Rožnik relativno blizu.

 

Mene ven na PST potegne to, da je urejena, peščena tekaška površina, umaknjena (vsaj na Viču, kako je na Bežigradu, pa nisem prepričana) iz mestnega vrveža in je tak prijeten prostor, te pomiri, meni je tu res zakon tečt.

 

Polet bo imel počasi spet kake tekaške skupine, lani je bila neka Becelova tekaška ekipa, ki si se ji lahko pridružil... Zdaj je super čas za iskanje skupin, ker se začenjajo priprave na Lj maraton.

Olivija - jaz imam PST (urejen, peščen do Jarš) direkt pod oknom, zato se mi ne da vozit v Tivoli.

Samo rabila bi nekoga, da se mu pridružim. Tu jih drugače veliko tečev, le ne poznam nikogar in mi je malo bedno rečt kar nekomu :)

Zato sem vprašala, če je še kje kakšna skupina med tekači, za katero ne vem.

13-tedenski program teka in hoje 
(iz knjige Tek za začetnike, Ian MacNeill)

Dobrodošli v 13-tedenskem programu teka in hoje. To je skrbno preverjen načrt vadbe, sestavljen iz 3 treningov tedensko, v razponu od 27 do 61 minut.
Opazili boste, da se program začne postopoma, najprej je veliko hoje. S štoparico si pom2¬gajte odmeriti čas hoje in čas teka. Če se vam zdi tempo prepočasen, malce potrpite in nikar ne preskakujte naprej. S tem ne boste izboljšali kondicije, temveč le tvegali poškodbo.
Na koncu je še treba omeniti, da v trajanju vsakega treninga ni vključenih 5 minut za ogrevanje in 5 minut za raztegovanje. Pazite, da si vedno pustite dovolj časa za te bistvene elemente vadbe.

Opazili boste, da s tem, ko se čas teka podaljšuje, delate na tem, da nepretrgoma tečete. Vedno naj bi tekli v udobnem, pogovornem tempu, kar pomeni, da se med tekom lahko pogovarjate.

1. teden
Trening 1 36 minut Tecite 1 minuto. Hodite 2 minuti. Naredite 12 ponovitev
Trening 2 27 minut Tecite 1 minuto. Hodite 2 minuti. Naredite 9 ponovitev
Trening 3 33 minut Tecite 1 minuto. Hodite 2 minuti. Naredite 11 ponovitev.

2. teden
Trening 1 44 minut Tecite 2 minuti. Hodite 2 minuti. Naredite 11 ponovitev.
Trening 2 30 minut Tecite 1 minuto. Hodite 2 minuti. Naredite 10 ponovitev.
Trening 3 40 minut Tecite 2 minuti. Hodite 2 minuti. Naredite 10 ponovitev.

3. teden
Trening 1 50 minut Tecite 3 minute. Hodite 2 minuti. Naredite 10 ponovitev.
