učer večerja-hobotnca v solati,pečene kozice,popečeni kruhki z bakala paštetko

kosilo-goveja juha,pire pa solata
večerja-6toastov z bakalo

vse kar sem pojedla danes:
ovseni kosmiči v mleku
banane in mandarini z jogurtom
kos čokoladne pite
par čokolatinov
solata in polpete v sendviču z majonezo

Čez praznike sem se predozirala domačega bifteka... oz. bolje rečeno nadozirala, ker predozirati se ga enostavno ne da! =)

z - vanilijev navihanček, kofe
k - pljučna v omaki, sladko zelje, kofe

Mal OT, pa kaj čem: kaj so bučne pogače? Nikol slišou, nikol vidu. Prosim, naj ena da recept v ustrezno rubriko.

Zajtrk: 3 kozarci hladnega mleka in mal sadnega kruha.
Kosilo: nimam pojma. Pa fantazije tud ne.
