zjutri sva šle s prjatlco na enourni sprehod s kužki, popoldne sm spala, pa posodo sm prejle pomila, kar je res čudež

edit: pa vaje za sproščanje delam zjutri pa zvečer

Danes nisem še popolnoma NIČ naredila. Potem se bom spravila malo na stepper ter pospravila dnevno sobo down.gif

Včeraj sem plavala
Predvčer naredila za 50 minut rolanja
Jutri bo spedt sadno,pol pa počas na tehtnico,da vidim če je stanje kaj boljše biggrin.gif

40 minut na sobnem kolesu pred zajtrkom, po tuširanju pa še masaža stegen in riti z uno rokavico.

Šla peš do plaže, plavala, šla peš nazaj, potem sm šla pa še peš v trgovino in vlekla zelo težko vrečo v klanec nazaj biggrin.gif
