Torek, sredo in danes sem imela trening (30min kardio + 30min metabolični), v nedeljo in včeraj sem pa samo kardio naredila (v nedeljo 1:10, včeraj pa 1:20). Dost je blo za ta teden.

Ančka, če lahko vprašam - zakaj imaš ti toliko kardia? A z njim kaj shujšaš? Jaz namreč po nekaj mesecih kardia nisem shujšala niti kile, zadnje časa pa delam samo uteži, kardia skoraj nič, pa mi kar gre dol...ne zdaj ono ful, ampak počasi.

Prejšnji teden sem bila bolj boga, samo eno uro badmintona sem imela.

Ančka, če lahko vprašam - zakaj imaš ti toliko kardia? A z njim kaj shujšaš? Jaz namreč po nekaj mesecih kardia nisem shujšala niti kile, zadnje časa pa delam samo uteži, kardia skoraj nič, pa mi kar gre dol...ne zdaj ono ful, ampak počasi. 

Nimam pojma, bi morala vprašat trenerja :lol:

Drugače pa ja, shujšam. Ne gre hitro, gre pa.

Aha, ok. :D Jaz sem vedno imela v glavi, da pač s kardiem najbolj shujšaš, logično, ampak nisem, pa samo cela scagana sem bila drugi dan. Kardio baje kuri mišice, ne maščobe in ker manjše mišice potem pokurijo manj kalorij v vsakdanjem življenju, se ti nabira več maščobe in začaran krog je sklenjen, Če pa že kardio, pa obvezno po treningu z utežmi. To mi je fant povedal, ko sem se ga končno odločila malo poslušat. :D Poleg tega sem pa postala obsedena z utežmi, noro dober filing mi je, pa še drugi dan sem kot nova, na bicikl me skoraj ne spraviš več.

Michelle, meni se je pri treningu s utežmi (bodypump) hitro začela postava izoblikovat (v kombinaciji z urejeno prehrano). 

Je pa pri katerikoli vrsti vadbe zelo pomembna regeneracijo po treningu.

Michelle, meni se je pri treningu s utežmi (bodypump) hitro začela postava izoblikovat (v kombinaciji z urejeno prehrano). 

Je pa pri katerikoli vrsti vadbe zelo pomembna regeneracijo po treningu. 

 

Ja, saj ravno to sem ugotovila. Jaz imam res ful lepšo postavo, trebuh imam čvrst, pa je bil prej moja šibka točka, isto rit in stegna, čeprav se mi zdi, da sem šla v stegnih malo narazen, ampak imam mišico ali kaj, ne maščobe. Zato pa špeh na rokah še kar vztraja. :D Abnormalno na živce mi gre. Kil pa nimam ful manj, ene 4. Treniram pa vsak drugi dan po dve uri, nikoli nisem pretirano utrujena.

Maščobo mora stopit, kar lahko naredi samo s kardiem. Če bo preveč delala vaje za roke, bo mela samo še večje, ker bo potem mišica + špeh. You can't spot reduce.

Maščobo mora stopit, kar lahko naredi samo s kardiem. Če bo preveč delala vaje za roke, bo mela samo še večje, ker bo potem mišica + špeh. You can't spot reduce.

 

Pa baje ravno to ni res, to sem jaz tud celo življenje mislila. Maščobo najbolj topijo mišice oz. povečanje le-teh, s kardiem pa mišice izgubljaš in bi ga naj dodal komaj takrat, ko z vadbo z utežmi ne gre več dol. Na meni to res deluje, kardio sem delala cel lajf, pa sem samo trpela kot Kristus, kile pa so ostajale.

Kombinacija obojega je za kile najboljša. Obe imata prav.
