isto. pa še tok sem zbirčna/razvajena ratala, odkar jo sama delam, da mi je res redkokatera iz picerije dobra.

Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

prejšnjo nedeljo sem jo sam mal drugač spekla, pa je bla fenomenalna.
Probi še v testo fuknt origano. Pa en tak praktiš nasvet. Paradajzovo đorbo pripravi že zjutrej, da se fajn napoji začimb. Pa za đorbo najprej prepraži čebulo, česen, vrž gor pelate, začini (timijan, origano, sol,...). Zdej pa, če si zelenjavni frik - na paradjz dej prepražene malancane al pa papriko. Pa čez različne sire (dimlen je najboljši). Pa jst nikol ne dam salame, dam rajš tuno al pa slane ribice (slanike). Lahk tud tržaško omako nardiš (haha, sam pazi se pol, če bo mela dejt s tipom).
Ti samo eksperimentirej - devej gor, kar maš rada.

Jaz tudi dam vse sorte. One posušene raznorazne gobe (šitake, ostrigarji, fungus), jih prej namočim in pol gor potrosim. Pa inčune. Mocarelo. Med pelate dam ful origana in rožmarina. In to najprej seveda dam na testo. Ko je pica pečena, pa dam še velikokrat gor malo rukole in radiča - sploh to dvoje je njami. Pa dober je tudi kak jajček gor. Pa korenček, ko rata taki sladek, mljask. Bučke v kombinaciji s pršutom in tržaško tudi znajo biti fantastične.
