a res, po enem tednu???? ne bi si mislila... oz. nisem nikoli opazila bistvene razlike. Jaz sem jo opazila po več kot 14 eneh. Je pa res, da sem bila takrat bistveno mlajša kot zdaj
Midva sva pa danes šla sama na šmarno, z bistveno hitrejšim tempom, kot z otroki. Pasalo je.

Prejsnji teden kolo, tek, pohod x 3.
Danes 8,2 km teka.
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

V ponedeljek: 20min kolesa, 15min steze, 10min orbitreka, vaje za roke, trebušnjaki
V torek: 6,5km hitre hoje
V sredo: 25min kolesa, 20min steze, 10min oribtreka, vaje za roke, trebušnjaki
Danes: 8km hitre hoje (če bo vreme)
