Kul, sem ze zelela predlagat!

En downside za Nike+ sport band, oziroma 2.

Zalozis cip - cao miki, ker ti ne more merit vec casa, razdalje, nada. Lahko sicer 2 uporabljata isti cip in celo istocasno (zadnjic sem se na fantovem cipu 'slepala' cel krog, kul!) Bilo bi bolje, ce bi imela gps tracker kar na pasku ali nekje skupaj z uro.

Nima stoparice, niti ne prikazuje sekund na uri, kaze ure&minute. Skoda! Nic intervalcev zame, boohoo (:

Samo jo imam se zmeraj rada, cip pa upam, da cimprej najdem, ali si grem pa novega iskat. :/


Princeska - jaz sem tudi morala krajsat razdalje, letos je bila moja zelja ene 15, 16 km prelaufat v kosu, do 12 sem ze prisla, dlje pa ne. Zdaj pa nad 5 sploh ne upam, raje grem 2x dnevno po 4, je bolje.


Zjutraj sem fanta zvlekla (ok, on je mene) tect preden je sel v sluzbo (ob pol7h do 7h) in sva imela (zame) morilski tempo, 4 km v 18min. Ampak je bilo cool, fajn sem se pocutila na koncu.

Vcasih res pase malo druzbe in spremembe rutine (ce ne delas po kaksnem programu, tako kot Kinky, kjer se ji program vsak teden malo spreminja), ce grem sama se hitro 'razkomotim' in sem na turtle mode vecino casa.

Ne, resno, tu sem pred kratkim sla odtect eno pot, ki je super, makadam, v naravi, z vzponi in spusti, na koncu te pricaka ona masinca za vodo pit, super je. Ce bo katera za akcijo in v blizini, let me know!

Za meeting se pa res lahko zmenimo enkrat. ;)

Dva dni nazaj sem imela 5 minut teka, 1 minuta hoje x 8 = je zneslo 40 minut, naredila sem pa 7 km. Počasi bo, vseeno me čaka še pol programa. ;)

Ej, tale tvoj program je res fajn, ful napredujes, pa pridna si! Jaz sem lani ful bolj pocasi napredovala, sem pac tekla, dokler so noge nesle in nehala, vcasih malo psiha deluje, ker imas obcutek, da se nikamor ne premaknes, tudi zdaj sem stuck in a dead zone, pac, moram se v roke vzet in si spisat en plan ali pa pogledat po treningih, programih, kje sem in kako naprej.

Ja, program je super, napisan za začetnike, kar sem sama, sem zelo vesela, da sem se ga lotila. ^_^

Ja, psiha FUL deluje pomojem. Jaz sem tudi zdaj začela s programom in sicer na aktivna.si. Je pa bil včeraj prvi dan in si moral pretečt 10min na začetku, potem pa intervali. Meni je bil to pač šok, ker v SŠ nisem morala kuperja naprimer pretečt brez hoje. Totalno brez kondicije sem namreč. Pa je šlo, 10min sem dokaj brez problema pretekla. Priznam da sem zadnji dve minuti že želela odnehat, ampak ko imaš v glavi neki cilj je lažje, vsaj meni. Si rečeš, še 2 minuti. Če pa tekaš pač koliko te noge nesejo pa odnehaš. Jaz vem da sem pač taka in da rabim nek načrt, nek program. Bom videla kako se bo razvijal ta program naprej..

Ja, meni tudi. Sem se vstrašila. Ampak nekaj kondicije očitno imam, sem hodila celo leto 2x na teden k aerobiki in tu in tam grem na Pohorje. No, bomo videli tekom programa kako bo.

Zagotovo imaš nekaj kondicije. :) Poročaj kako napreduješ. Problem je če začneš prehitro (če si zastaviš previsoke cilje), da imaš kasneje lahko težave
s kostmi, ker ne prenesejo takšnega napora. Zato so takšni začetniški programi več kot odlični.

Jaz moram še dokončati 6 teden, v 7 se pa že začne: 10 minut tečeš in 1 minuto hodiš (če sem si pravilno zapomnila); mislim, da bom še kako cenila to minuto vmes. :D

Ne, nisem niti 1 krat imela 'musklfibra'. :) Je pa res, da sem začela z 1 minuto teka na začetku in da po vsaki vadbi pijem whey. :D (da se mišice hitreje regenerirajo)

:D Boš videla. Ne vem koliko časa traja pri tebi, ampak jaz imam ponavadi bolečine 3 ali 4 dni preden spet pomislim na vadbo,
in je ta vmesen čas okrevanja brez wheya preprosto predolg. ;)

Jaz sem še vedno 100% prepričana, da lahko tudi brez proteinov regeneriraš mišice. Morala bi naredit dober strečing po teku in še enkrat potem zjutraj. Bom naslednjič.
