Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit, ahahahahah jst ne morem vrjet, men se je zdel kot da je to trajal 3 ure, ne 40 minut

Prvi mesec Insanityja je za mano. In recovery week. V ponedeljek začnem z drugim delom. Stvar postane težja, zdaj sem pogledala prvi workout, ki me čaka. Traja eno uro, pred tem je pa še fit test. Hjoj, kar strah me je.

Ni blo tak zelo naporno, kot sem mislila, da bo. Sem, izgleda, že utrjena.

Res, svaka ti čast s tem insanityjem. Meni je bilo za znoret naporno, na eni točki že tako da sem skoraj bruhala.
Pa meni ni bilo pri tej vadbi všeč to, da se mi je vedno po njej zdelo da sem totalni luzer. Pač, nisem bila zadovoljna sama s sabo, ker nisem morala sledit tistim ljudem na videu, ampak sem vmes počivala. Pa preveč ameriško mi je bilo, tak glasno in vsiljivo vzpodbujanje, hey, come on, let's do it, come on, harder, stronger.

Da poročam še glede 'štorklje'. Moje oko je ni zapazilo, možnosti so:
