1 ura badmintona vceraj.
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Včeraj sem naredila epic 1000 kcal workout od fitnessblender-ja. Danes me vse boli tak, da komaj hodim. Pa ne pomnim, kdaj sem nazadnje sploh mela muskelfiber pred tem.

za umret mi je, pa prešvicana čist.
hujš k fitness, jutri pa vem da najbrž ne bom s postelje vstala. Grem zdaj pod vroč tuš.

Fajn zadeva je ta Insanity, 40 min, od tega 20 min delaš na ful, res kolko zmoreš... me zanima, kaki bodo rezultati.

A boš delala 2 meseca? Meni je noro naporno, jaz sem mela po fit testu pomojem najdaljši musklfiber v življenju - več kot en teden so me notranje stegenske bolele. Tako da sem obupala po enem videu.

Bom delala ja. Fit test ni pol tak naporn kot drugi in tretji. Za dalje še ne vem

Hahah, jst sm mela tud po fit testu ful musklfibra, sem pa delala vse skupaj 2 tedna pomoje. ampak od marca naprej ne bom več na fitnesu, ker bom začela zunaj tečt, pa delala bom iste vaje kot na fitnesu, tko da si morm mal opreme nakupit, pol sem pa mislna spet kakšne te videe začet delat še zraven.
