včer večerja-big mek,čiz,pomfri,2 sandija... po pol leta sm mogla ugrizn v tak nasty food. cry.gif laugh.gif

kosilo-2 kosa kruha z margarino,ker sm čakala na kosiu,pol pa riba,blitva,solata,čečerika pa fižol skp v solati(full dobr) pa torta

zajtrk-2 hruški
kosiu-zelena solata,kuhana brokoli+stročji fižol
večerja-2 mandarini pa neka 2 kao zdrava vafla iz dma,pol pa jasno sledilo dokončanje teh vaflov cry.gif pa 4 piškoti,pa 3 riževi vaflji,pa 1 kos kruha z linolado,pa 1 kos kruha z zdenka sirom,pa 2 sarmi.Super večerja.Evo dons je blo to zadnjič,da se tkole nabašm,ker se res slabo počutm,vsa sm napihnena in čudno se počutim.Sploh sm se spustila z vajeti,opažam,da sm vsaj 1 krat na tedn šibka... laugh.gif

Zajtrk: english brakfast tea, ržen kruh (Koroški) z maslom in pomarančno marmelado, actimel.
Kosilo: tortelini (Rana/pršutek), čez samo malo dišečega olivnega olja in en ribež parmezana, rukola, kozarec, dva belega.
