Jst se trudim jest čimveč zelenjave in sadja, pa primerno količno OH. Ampak ne, kr redim se. Od zraka!!
Ampak ... čokolino
ce se redis-se lahko edino ker ne jes pravilno!S tem ko spuscas hrano in ne vem kaj-samo skodo delas-s tem ko mislis da mal pojes-na koncu koncev,ko zauzijes samo nekaj malo bolj kaloricnega se takoj pozna(in to ne enkratno ampak dvokratno).Bolje bi bilo,da jes pet obrokov,pa ni treba da se naziras(pa ne vem kaksne mascobe in kalorije),ampak tisto kar nujno potrbujes dnevno.
Ce pa se rastes pa sploh-tako bos skodovala celotnemu organizmu,predvsem pa se ti bo poznalo na laseh,nohtih,kozi,...
No pa se nekaj-moja babi je pred nekaj casa hujsala s pomocjo endo. klinike v Lj.
Ti povem primer njenega jedilnika??No poglej:
z: kos crnega kruha,dve tanki rezini sira+kozarec lahkega mleka
m:en kos sadja
k: zrezek 150 g (puranji,goveji-na "suho" specen),veliko solate in kos crnega kruha ali pa riz z grahom + solata
m:en kos sadja ali kos crnega kruha
v:mleko lahko (2 dcl) + 5 zlic muslija ali polovico tistega kar si imela za kosilo
(pa seveda veliko gibanja)
Tako je shujsala v treh mesecih kar dosti.Brez stradanja, in ne vem cesa.
Zdravnica pa ji je tudi rekla,da ce ji je kdaj slabo ali se ji vrti naj poje rebro cokolade ali pa se bolje zlico medu.Dala pa ji je veliko primerov razlicnih 5 obrokov,da je kombinirala in ne vem kaj.Liste ima se zdaj doma,ker jih je dobila za domov!
To kar delas ti je pa prav smesno-in ni cudno,da se potem redis kljub temu da malo jes,vse je o previlni prehrani-ce zelis ostati vitek.Nobena dieta ni taka da bi trajala vecno.Ko jo zakljucis kg pridobis kaj hitro.
