Hvala vama. Po tem članku sodeč, je potrebna doza riboflavina 1 do 1,6 mg dnevno. Moje miltivitamin tablete ga imajo 12,5 mg. Očitno je od tega, ker vitamina C pa ne jemljem preveč in tudi še nikoli prej nisem po njem imela take barve. A je kaj škodljivo, če se vnaša preveč riboflavina, ali se pač višek izloči z urinom in je pač taka živo rumena barva edini stranski učinek?

Ja, drzi, ceprav nekateri so lahko v ultra visokih dozah tudi toksicni (npr. B6), docim jih je s hrano nemogoce predozirat
Se pa jaz tudi spomnim, ko sem vrsto let nazaj imela B-kompleks vitamine in mi ni bilo jasno, od kod zdaj taka barva : D Fant pa vedno po rdeci pesi naredi paniko (je ne jé prav pogosto in pozabi oz. ne poveze dogodkov med sabo. Enkrat mi je celo predlagal, da naj bom drugic "malo manj groba", ker "kri" lula. Mi je bilo takoj jasno, da je ziher kaj takega jedel, lol ).

Zmanjkalo mi bo multivitaminov in bom počasi naročila nove na iHerb. Zdaj imam ene Deva, ampak bi zdaj kakšne druge, z manj riboflavina, ker mi je preveč čudno imeti neonsko rumen urin. Katere ponavadi naročate oz. katere priporočate? Te 3 sem si nagledala. Čeprav bi raje 2. ali 3., ker imajo tudi železo.

Je katera kdaj jemala dlje časa MSM (vsaj 1000mg)? Zanima me, če so bili kakšni rezultati.

Jaz sem si ravno naročila za 3 mesece, bom poročala.
Yes, it can happen so quickly. Life as we know it can change in a blink of an eye. Unlikely friendships can blossom, important careers can be tossed aside, a long lost hope can be rekindled. Still, we should be grateful for whatever changes life throws at us. Because all too soon, the day will come when there are no changes left.

Lasje mi ponovno besno izpadajo, zaradi intenzivnih samponov proti usem imam zdaj se prhljaj.
Ali so kaksne razlike med tebi tabletami (boljse, slabse, vec ali manj "mocne", se bolje ali slabse absorbirajo ...

Sem naredila ze celo studijo, kar se "hair vitaminov" tice.

Fitoval res vsebujejo skoraj vse potrebno, ampak v precej premajhnih kolicinah. Je pa res, da je to verjetno najboljse, kar bos dobila pri nas.

Če so premajhne količine, ali bi potem lahko jedla dvojno dozo ali to ni OK?
Še vprašala bi ali so v DM najcenejše? V lekarnah predvidevam, da so dražje.

Jaz priporočam tole dvoje. Če pa naročanje iz tujine odpade, potem Fitoval + dodatek B kompleksa / Biotina.
Ful dobro za lase je tudi neoluščeno proso, brez heca.

MSM je dober za lase? Kako to jemlješ? Mam že sto let doma lonček tega, pa kar pozabim nanj. Ampak so mi zdaj spet ene 2 meseca precej na hard izpadali lasje, tko da mi mogoče ne bi škodil.
