Ta teden skupno 36 km teka. Danes zjutraj 6, pa me je tako bolela leva golen in meca, da sem morala nehat. :/

Hvala. Včeraj sem počivala. Sedaj me pa spet boli ena mišica na riti. Hmmmm.

Mislim, da začnem čez 2 dni s tem tvojim programom, ker na silo ne bo šlo. Saj odtečem

brez težav 4 km, ampak me vedno potem nekaj boli. :D In to nima smisla.

Ne, res moraš začet s tistim programom. Prvi teden boš pretekla nekje 3-4km, potem se pa počasi veča. V 3. tednu tudi več kot 6km. Super je!
