zjutraj na tešče tek, 5km (5.30) kak je blo fajn, prav osvežila sem se
zvečer trening s prostimi utežmi, celo telo

težji kot ponavadi?
10min kolesa level 12, 3min level 6, 3min level 8, 4min level 12
5min teka na stezi z dodatnimi utežmi, nato 5min brez uteži
10min hitre hoje v hrib (nagib 8)
10min orbitrek, level 12
10 min teka na stezi z dodatnimi utežmi

(ti leveli so itak pri vsaki napravi drugačni....)

sovražim steper....Edina kardio naprava, na kateri nisem bila danes....zato sem šla zadnjih 10min laufat.
