Sem s telefonom slikala, na hitro. Ampak je res slastno, pa malo lahko spreminjaš recept, dodajaš sir.Mascarpone je meni odličen, sem ga včeraj dala tudi v rižoto, takisto njama (da je malo manj kalorično, pa lahko ljudje uporabijo Philadelphio).
A s te opazili grozljivo grd plastičen prt? Babica kupila.

Danes sem naredila POTATO WEDGES 
Zelo simple recept, za kadar nimate časa - vržete vse v pečico, in čakate.
Torej:
krompir sem oprala (nisem lupila), ga narezala na krhlje, ga dala v pekač. Posebej sem stopila maslo, dodala peteršilj (posušen), ter česen v prahu, vsak krhelj namazal s tem, malo poprala, ter pekla eno uro na 200 stopinj.
Naslednjič bom naredila zraven še kakšno pekočo omako.

Odlično izgleda, Kinky! Jaz itak obožujem tak pripravljeni krompir.
Danes sem ga pekla. S tem da sem olupila krompir (ni bi primeren za z olupkom vred dat pečt,
čeprav ga na tak način imam zelo rada), pa ga posula z enimi zelišči za krompir, svežim peteršiljem,
malo pokapala s česnovim olivnim oljem. Njam!

^^Yumm! Jaz obožujem pečen krompir (pa krompir nasploh ) na vse načine, men je odličen če ga posujem z grobo narezanim česnom k mi je ful dober k se tko hrustljavo/rjavo zapeče.
Pa pri meni ne gre še brez olivca in ene mešanice začimb (nimam pojma iz katere države, se pa bojim k mi je bo zmanjkalo

Kinky, super izgleda! 
Jaz že več kot en mesec nisem normalnega, "domačega" krompirja jedla in bi ga ful, sploh kak tenstan krompir. Prav pogrešam to in si ga bom naslednji teden nardila.

Na ta česen sem se spomnila, ko smo bili enkrat nekje na kosilu in so postregli z BUČKAMI v pečici in gor je bil ta česen, zato sem samo tega dol postrgala, ker pač bučke res prezirem.
