Koliko časa je ponavadi trajalo, da je Asos prejel vaše vračilo, vi pa denar?
Ko sem prvič vračala, je vse skupaj trajalo kak teden, zdaj pa je minilo že 14 dni,
odkar sem poslala eno majhno stvar nazaj, pa ni še nobenega maila, da so dobili. ermm.gif

Pri meni je ponavadi trajalo res ogromno časa. Dva tedna minimalno, včasih tudi tri!

Pri meni je nazadnje trajalo mesec in pol, da je šel cel postopek čez, torej da sem dobila nazaj nakazano. Obupno.

Matilda, pri meni je tudi trajalo zelo dolgo, da sem dobila. Zaenkrat še ni razloga za skrb.
