Bo veliko resnice v tem, da je treba tofu znat predvsem pravilno pripraviti in začiniti.
Jaz ga sprva ekstremno nisem marala, tudi starša ne. Potem pa, ko sem se naučila, kako
ga pripraviti, pa mi je zelo dober (tudi fotru, zagrizenemu mesojedcu, ki se je najbolj rugal
na račun tofuja). Je pa tudi res, da če ti ni dober, ti pač ni... pa je lahko pripravljen na 1001 način.

Meni ga je enkrat pripravil od kolegice tip, ki silno rad in dobro kuha, tudi vegi hrano, pa mi je bil kar ok, a je bil takrat silno začinjen.

Potem ti morda moja priprava ne bi bila glih všečna, ker mam rada začimbe in bolj slano.
Jaz ga dam ponavadi čez noč marinirat. Narežem na majhne kocke in jim dam v marinado.
V marinado ponavadi dam - sojino omako, par kapljic olivnega olja, stisnjen česen, gorčico, sladko rdečo papriko v prahu, timijan, rožmarin, peteršilj, baziliko, sol, poper, žafraniko (jaz tole reč marsikje poleg tlačim, mi je tako fina začimba). Naslednji dan to spečem (nič ne dam še kaj olja kot podlago... skupaj z marinado dam v ponev) in res pride tako okusno in hrustljavo. Drugače pa mi je dober tudi v kakšni zelenjavni omaki, v rižoti, itd.

Ful mi je to dobr res. Pa dodam mal wurze omake al pa sojine omake, še najrajš pa mal čilija v prahu al pa pekoče paprike.

Marinirala sem enkrat, pa še to pol ure pred kuho, tako da je bil efekt isti, kot če ne bi marinirala.
FTSE, saj meni je všeč začinjeno, pekoče in slično, hotela sem le poudarit da je bilo ful nekih začimb zraven in da nimam pojma katere vse so to ble, tako da sama doma nisem znala doseč istega okusa. Tudi imamo v kuhinji bolj malo začimb, starša sta denimo nekaj časa nazaj uporabljala le sol, poper in vegeto (yey!), pa občasno neke mešanice za meso, jaz sem pa dokupila kajenski poper (hvala Chandri

Zdej mi je pa mal žal, ker sm tukej prebrala fuuul pohval glede teh Hoferjevih sojinih mlekov, naslednjič ga zagotovo vzamem.
