Recept sem videla v nušinem izzivu ampak sem ga prilagodila po svoje.
Mulca sta ga napadla kot da bi slo za zivljenje. Tole bo redno na meniju sem ga skuhala cel lonec da bo jutri se za malico preden gremo smucat (s sirokimi rezanci) in v nedeljo z rizem za kosilo.

Olivno olje
Cesen v prahu
Zlicka garam masale
Zlicka kumin-a
Zlicka kardamona
Zlicka curryja
Zelenjavna bio kocka DM
Kokosovo mleko, mali tetrapak DM
Sol
Konzerva paradiznika v kosckih
300 g lece
2 mali konzervi cicerike
200 g zamrznjene spinace
Na olivnem poprazis cebulo in vse zacimbe skupaj s kocko. Dodas leco in mleko ter ene 2 deci vode ki jo ob kuhanju dodajas dokler se leca ne skuha. Po enih 10 minutah vrzes notri pelate, spinaco in ciceriko. Kuhas se kakih 10 minut. Vodo jaz dodajam postopoma da be pride pretekoce.
Solis izdatno in to je to.
Jaz ciceriko in leco spiram ce ne imamo vsi vetrove.

Pašta fižol s tole klobaso: Piščančja prekajena 170 g » Perutnina Ptuj
Prvič vidim te vrste klobaso s tako hranilno vrednostjo. Že poleti so imeli ene za žar, ki jih sicer ne bi mi nikoli kupili, ker ne maramo piščančjih klobas, a smo jo probali pri kolegih, in nama je bila res dobra.

Pri nas zadnje čase bolj jaz kuham, ker toliko delam od doma, včeraj je pa mož naredil svoje slavne mesne kroglice in jih je O. po treningu pojedel 6.

Nam je pa v soboto ostal riž in nekaj piščančjega mesa, tako da sem tisto meso natrgala in zmešala z rižem v rižoto, dodala še papriko in korenček, pa smo pojedli včeraj.

Danes kuham spinaco, pire krompir in hrenovko oz cipolatta klobasico
To smo mi včeraj, danes kuham pa 'pasta rizek' oz. orzo z brokolijem, bučko in papriko. Za zraven sem že skuhala ciceriko (Z. je je že pol pojedla na žlico 😅).

Anouk, kako pa imate glede prehrane. A tvoji pri t&t in v vrtcu tudi vegansko jesta, vprašata kdaj po mesu in pd, ali sploh ne?
