Sploh ni treba, ker se je že ogromno o tem pisalo. Btw, jaz sem en članek objavila v temo fitnes glede sojinih proteinov Če bo Anouk/Sinnaio... slučajno zanimalo.

Ne, ona nima žametnih oči in niti kodrov mehkih kakor svila,
če sneg je bel, ga v njenih nedrih ni in usta bi se od koral ločila.
Sem videl rože bele in rdeče, na njenih licih take ne cveto
in so dišave, ki so bolj dehteče, kot vonj, ki diha njeno ga telo.
Njen glas poslušam rad, četudi vem da zvoki strun prijetneje zvene,
kako boginje hodijo ne vem; ko ona hodi, stopa kot ljudje.
Pa vendar se mi zdi bolj očarljiva kot vse, ki pesem jih slavi lažniva.

alien sperm z jogurtom!
podlegla sem vsem priporočilom in tudi jaz jem tole za zajtrk in je pravzaprav zelo dobro. sama semena so brez okusa, tista "sluz" se razgubi v jogurtu. jaz zraven vmešam še žlico konopljinega olja. v glavnem boljše je, kot izgleda.

Zanima me, če mi zna katera povedati, zakaj me med tekom boli ... no, ne ravno rit, ampak
med ritjo in bokom. Ni ravno neznosna bolečina, ampak je pa prisotna. Pa sedaj ne pretiravam,
saj delam tisti program, kjer tečeš in hodiš pol pol.
Mogoče me boli, ker nimam utrjenih tistih mišic (res jih nimam)?

bwo.... to pol ni mišica...mogoče je narastišče, oziroma kita.
Mogoče probaj delat globoke počepe - pred in po teku (torej noge narazen - stopala malo na V, globok počep, nato pa se z ritnimi mišicami gor potegni).

Haha. Zdaj berem tisto knjigo Kako začeti s tekom. Mislim, da je problem v tem, da nimam nič okrepljenih mišic tam dol.
ALi pa je kita. Raztegujem se pred in po teku.
Bom še malo krepila mišice pa delala počepe, kot si mi svetovala.

Zdaj berem tisto knjigo Kako začeti s tekom. Mislim, da je problem v tem, da nimam nič okrepljenih mišic tam dol. ALi pa je kita. Raztegujem se pred in po teku.
