Jst pa za zajtrk malo fitness mislijev s hladnim mlekom, za kosilo pa ne vem kaj bom ... že nekaj časa sploh nimam nobenga apetita.

Zdaj verjetno k temu prispeva tudi vročina. Jaz bi skos samo vodo pila, tudi nimam apetita.

Jaz sem pa imela riž, solato in meso od včeraj (vsak ponedeljek isto). smile.gif

zajtrk: pol hrenovke, mal zenfka, polovička sirove štručke
malca: hruška, jagode
večinoma poleti itak živim na hladnih testeninskih solatah ali hladnih testeninah pač ter raznovrstnih solatkah in sadju, na misel mi ne pride, da bi jedla npr. kako juho ... enostavno mi je prevroče in mi ni apetitlih kej zlo velik jest. na ogromne količine vode se pa uspešno navajam. smile.gif

naravno pečen piščančji zrežček z baziliko, kruhov knedlček pa velik zelene solate, po kosilu mal sadja, k je mami ostal: melona, mal hruške, tri jagode, zdele meljem kako si limona

Za zajtrk spet malo mislijev z mrzlim mlekom, za kosilo pa ne vem kaj bom ... pomoje kar paradižnikovo solato in malo tunine noter.
