mene so tudi strašili kao ja po 20 se vse pozna, pa sem 25, pa se ne zredim niti kg, moja prehrana pa je sestavljena iz testenin,kruha,fast fooda in raznih nezdravih zadev,tako da odvisno

M1: kava z mlekom
M2: banana s skuto, lahkim tekočim jogurtom in žličko kakava
V: kos ovsenega kruha s kislo smetano, rooibos čaj; kasneje še 2 jabolka

kosilo: predjed pol kosa pice od vceraj, gl. jed: chilli con carne, posladek bananin sejk z rumom
Vecerja: kaj pa vem, mogoce melona.
Mimogrede: za tiste ki pijete mate caj: v cajnici se dobi posebna kovinska slamca, s kero pol pijes ta caj. Ker mate caj naj bi se pripravil tk, da ga das v salco po zelji (po pravem menda vec kot pol salce), prelijes z vroco vodo in pustis zelenje noter in pijes na slamco. ko popijes, pa spet prelijes isti caj z vodo, dokler da pac nima vec okusa. Tk lahko mas eno dozo caja za dva dni, pa prisezem, da okus ni nis slabsi ko si ze ene 5ic nalijes vodo cez.
Sicer po zelji, v Argentini, od koder izhaja, pa ga pijejo tako.
