V prometni nesreči umrl Jörg Haider

Avstrijo je pretresla novica, da se je v zgodnjih sobotnih jutranjih urah v prometni nesreči smrtno ponesrečil koroški deželni glavar Jörg Haider.

Po besedah policije je izgubil oblast nad vozilom, to se je nato večkrat prevrnilo, Haider pa je zaradi hudih poškodb glave in prsnega koša umrl na kraju nesreče.

Glavni tajnik Haiderjevega Zavezništva za prihodnost Avstrije, Stefan Petzner, piše na strankini spletni strani: "To je za nas kakor konec sveta."

Nesreča se je zgodila nekaj pred 1.30 zjutraj na Rožanski cesti na jugu deželne prestolnice blizu naselja Ilovje (Laimbichl). Haider je bil v službenem vozilu brez sopotnikov. Tik pred nesrečo naj bi prehitel drugo vozilo, katerega voznica naj bi tudi poklicala policijo.

Pokojni deželni glavar se je vračal domov; konec tedna je načrtoval veliko zabavo ob 90. rojstnem dnevu svoje matere. Haider za seboj zapušča ženo in dve odrasli hčeri.

Avstrijski odzivi na Haiderjevo smrt
Avstrijski predsednik Heinz Fischer je ob novici izrazil "globoko prizadetost", Haiderjevi družini pa izrazil sožalje. Smrt Haiderja je označil za "nedoumljivo" in "človeško tragedijo". Tudi zvezni kancler Alfred Gusenbauer (SPÖ) je izrazil "globoko prizadetost", družini Haider pa izrazil sočutje.

Prižgem TV, upalim teletekst in vidim Umrl Jorg Haider .. in tako razmišljam "o kdo je pa bil ta, jaz poznam samo unega politika" pa vidim da je to pravzaprav on. Ful me je šokiralo. ohmy.gif

Tale novica me je prav šokirala, takoj ko sem se zbudila.

Vsi ti negativni in sarkastični komentarji po internetu se mi resnično ne zdijo na mestu, vseeno je bil človek in ne glede na vsa politična prepričanja in afere si zasluži spoštovanje in žalovanje.

Jörg Haider, RIP.
